I've been going here going on a year now and I can honestly say they do a good job but they are money hungry. I had no problem paying for they work I needed I received paperwork of what I needed done with the amount out of pocket to pay(I have insurance) before my last two steps the price went to the sky after they made me wait almost two hours with a appointment. Couldn't tell my why the price went up didn't receive any extra x-rays but the price went up. The lady that's over the finances department suggested that I try to pay n get services that I've already payed for redone which further let me know you guys are just taking people money at this point. Since then I haven't been back.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

The staff members are very rude! They huddle up and stand behind the glass and stare at you. They are unprofessional because they do not answer the phone to take payments nor to schedule appointments. They take your money and make you sit for hours after your appointment time. After my children are done with this process, I will never come back and nor would I recommend anyone else to this office because of the staff.

if you don't value your time money or how you are treated this is the place for you. I was lied to about the amount of time I would be there after saying I couldn't miss time from a job I just started. After going against my better judgement and the words of my sister telling me to find another dentist I had some work done(a temporary crown was placed) while in the shower not even 24 hours it came off. I called the emergency number as I am typing this it has been three hours and I still have not heard back.

They don't care about the patient's time. They can turn that music down in the back because it's not always relaxing after working all day. And they always seem to need extra money from the last appointment although they don't send you a bill (and I always pay in full). They do good work.

Very reliable, efficient, and professional. I've been a customer since 2009. Never had any issues and Dr. Mario always does dental work swiftly and effectively. I even bring my children to get service as well. He is our family dentist and we all love him!

This Dentist Office I wouldn't recommend, new patients will be treated as priority, but once you are a client over 6 months the wait for service is Terrible. 1st you will call to let the office know you have arrived , next you are told to remain in your vehicle until you are call to enter , which is one hour to 2 hours. Next when you enter the office, you will wait in the lobby for another hour, after that you are call to the back room and wait another 30 minutes in the chair, mean while the staff are playing music ,singing, and talking. If you don't have a job , or Family to take care of, This Is the place for you. You will be there 5 hours just for a D___ Cleaning

I left my contact info on the page to set up an appointment. Weeks go by and no one contacts me. I called today and I was placed on a "brief" 10 minutes hold. I give up.

I began bringing both my daughters here for routine cleanings and checkups. The staff was not so friendly then ....but the back area where it mattered made the difference for me. Another reason why I don't believe in first impressions. My girls were comfortable and they weren't terrified of the dentist. Was told girls needed braces but insurance wasn't gonna cover. The finance department did set up a plan for me. And I am very grateful for that. Best believe they were gonna get that money. I always came prepared to pay but the way they would call immediately upon arrival for the payment but would have us sitting outside sometimes two hours after scheduled appointment made me feel like they didn't care about the patient. A few times the brackets came off ...called to get an appt to bring daughter back in, but never got a call. As I type this my daughter just went inside after sitting and waiting for 1 hour 15 minutes after scheduled appt. which was 4 pm. I went to door to ask how much longer and she tells me we were just about to call you. I guess stupid was written on my forehead. If I had the need for braces I would not patronize Dr. Marrio Smiles again. I pray that they don't rush to complete her work because it's way past 5 and when it's time to go home....employees are ready to go. Very unhappy parent. And I thank God for being able to make the last payment today. 01/12/2022

Appointment at 8am today, you must call them first to inform your there; await on them to call you back. I waited an 1 hour 22 minutes for some one called back. I called after 30 min to see how many before me, I was told I'm next there 1 ahead of me. I called 15min later was told give then 5min there cleaning the room- I stated then do I need to reschedule cause this is ridiculous 5min 5 min turn to 20min- this was why I stop going years ago well one of the reason So the office has cleaned house supposedly but CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS MARRIO!! 1-hour and 22- min Sucks

I had a traumatizing experience at a dental office, which allowed me to fear the dentist. Dr. Val explained my treatment and did my work in 2 visits... Naomi and other were attentive to my dental care

Horrible waited forever to be seen. Took almost 3 hours for a half done teeth cleaning, the big lady at the front desk is very rude. I will never come back here. Also, I've never heard of having to pay for a copy of your X-ray, awful experience and I'm truly disappointed as I had such high hopes.
