I gave this 5 stars, not because I loved it, it was a root canal after all, but because the experience was really, really good. From the moment I got there I felt I was in excellent hands. Dr. Roper's numbing injections were as close to painless as you can get. Other than the first pinch from the anesthetic, I felt nothing throughout the entire procedure. He told me every step of the way what to expect, what was going on. At one point he told me to expect the smell of cloves because clove oil is used in the product.....WOW....I love the smell of cloves and it was just kind of relaxing to me. Beverly up front was also a pleasure to deal with. They were willing to do what they needed to do to get me in as quick as they could. I recommend this office highly if you have the unfortunate need of a root canal.
