Very pleasant experience! The front desk staff is extremely genuine and caring. They were so understanding when I had to switch my appointment because of my crazy work schedule. Dee the hygienist did a great job and she was ALSO very accommodating of my work schedule (last-minute time crunch). Dr. Riechman is cool, friendly, authentic and straightforward. An honest dentist for sure! I'm happy I found this office and will definitely remain a patient of theirs.

This was my first time at Dr. Riechman's office and he and his entire staff have exceeded my expectations. The office was extremely quick, friendly, and efficient. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I went to see Dr Riechman for some dental issues. I was greeted by a very friendly, professional staff who took the time to make me feel comfortable with the check in procedures. Dr Riechman was very friendly and explained in detail what would be done.He made sure to take the time to focus on every detail for the best result and today I can say it is great to have my smile back !

When I was a kid I used to hate going to the dentist, so i avoided going for almost 8 years. As an adult, a friend recommended this location, and now I've been going there for over 15 years. I've had different types of work done on my teeth over the years, and this office has always made it comfortable and not a fearful experience to get it all done. Dr. Riechman always uses technologically advanced procedures and provides for a very calming spa-like atmosphere. The staff is always incredibly friendly & welcoming. If you're looking for a dentist in the area, I highly recommend this one. And it doesn't hurt that Dr. Riechman is handsome man who is also nice to look at.

Dr Reichman and his staff are absolutely wonderful! I have horrible dental anxiety and they made sure I was extremely comfortable for every visit! I still get super nervous when I have to go but I know that they will always take care of me and make sure I'm fine from start to finish

I was very pleased with my experiences this past year at Dr. Riechman's office. The whole staff is very friendly and took great care of me from x-rays, gentle cleanings, and recently a painless root canal. I have had a few dentists in my lifetime and Dr. Riechman has been by far, the most knowledgeable and informative dentist I've had to date! He really cares about his patients and it shows. My husband referred him to me and it was the best decision I've ever made for my dental health!

This is a great dental practice. Dr. Riechman is very knowledgeable and skilled. He and his entire staff are really friendly and immediately put you at ease. They go above and and beyond to help make things easy and comfortable. The staff even had my son, who is scared of dentists laughing. So glad I found them to take care of my family.

Had a great first visit with Dr. Reichman today! My Mom has been going to him for years & my Dad had a great experience recently as well. He's very honest about what work needs to be done & offers fair prices. I had bad dental experience in the past & am very glad I found this office! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Reichman and the hygienist (sorry I forgot your name!) both made me feel very comfortable and eased my anxiety. The hygienist did a great job! Very thorough, but gentle and always made sure I was comfortable. The Receptionists are also very nice! Definitely will be recommending friends and family to go here.

We have been looking for an honest Dentist for years. We just went to two different dentists that were recommended to us. One of them charged us $7,800. The other, Dr. Riechmann, gave us an alternative option that he and I both thought was a much better option, and it will cost $300. He said hello to us while sitting in the waiting room as if he knew us- with a big smile and so friendly. When we got in the room, he introduced himself as Mark. Honestly, we are so pleased with him so far. I brought my mom to see him, and normally she is quiet and lets me do all the talking since I work in the medical field. Well, this time she told him all her Dental concerns. He made her feel so comfortable and I appreciate that so much. We trust him so much already, and we are so happy we finally found a Dentist that we don't have to worry is screwing us over. I've already made appointments for my whole family. Also, while I was in the waiting room I ran into an old friend who said she's been going to him for so many years and he's just the best. Don't even think about it, make an appointment. You'll be so pleasantly surprised. Oh one more thing, the front desk employee is so amazing and oh so helpful. Sometimes you can find a good doctor/dentist, but the rude front staff can really ruin it. Not here, she was also excellent!!!!

I have been going to to dr reichman for almost 14 years. He is a great dentist. Very caring and thorough. My 9 year old has been going to him for about 4 years. She also really likes him. We use both hygienists and they are great as well. Allison and michelle are always there with a smile to answer all questions.

I have a strong fear of dentists but Dr. Riechman and his staff were great at putting me at ease. I had a root canal done and Dr. Riechman completed the task within an hour. Talked to me throughout the procedure telling me how things were going and explained everything to me. Serna his assistant was so nice too. So friendly and calming the whole visit. I highly recommend Dr. Riechman and team for your dental work, you will not be sorry.

The staff here is absolutely terrible. We were running late for our appointment and called 40 minutes before that we were going to be 15 minutes late. They said no problem. Then, after 45 minutes had passed since the call they called us back and said that they were going to have to cancel our appointment because we hadn't arrived. Absolutely disgusting. We drove for an hour and hit traffic on the highway way due to accident. Terrible service, do not recommend to anyone.

Dr Mark Reichmann and His Wonderful Staff Hygienists Katie & Carrie & Serena Along With His Awesome Front Desk Reception Staff Michelle & Office Manager Alison Are All Awesome. Note : I Just Became a Patient There On The Recommendation Of My Girlfriend/My One True Love Jennifer OKeeffe-McMahon.My previous dentist recently retired and I asked Jennifer about Her Dentist and She Strongly Recommended DR. Reichmann and His Wonderful Ladies That he shares his office with. I came To Them Because My Youngest Daughter Claire Is Getting Married August 24th and I wanted My Teeth To Be Perfect. My "Claire Bear" will Always "My Lil Girl" & I want the Pictures, Video To Be Extra special. Claire Has Such a Beautiful Smile & So Does My Future Son In-Law (Reuben) As Well! Katie Did a Great Job 1st with My Dental Hygiene treatment/cleaning I got a Chance To Talk and Meet With "Dr Mark"and Found Him To Be Very Knowledgeable & We Hit It Off, Katie Was just as Lovely and engaging. Next A couple of Weeks Later I got the "Zoom Treatment" To Whiten My Teeth Even More. Carrie did I a great job with My "Zoom" Lol it was hard to "Talk" with The "Zoom" though . Carrie was just delightful and knowledgeable about my follow up Care etc. I am going to come in the week of my Daughter Claire's Wedding for an extra "Polish" by Katie to make sure that "The Father Of The Bride's" Teeth are sparkling which I Very Much appreciate. I strongly endorse and recommend Dr. Mark Reichmann & His Awesome Ladies if you need a Dentist, Hygienist and Note: They we're very fair with the costs for me as well as I Am in between changing Dental Insurances.
