I'm a new patient here and received Five star service! Hygienist was generous with her time and my teeth have never looked so beautiful. Thank you so much! Had to return to have a procedure done by the Dr that terrified me but went smooth as butter. Thank you Maleficent, for holding my hand. I know you didn't like it~ I appreciate it big time!

Ok, so kinda long post-BUT let me tell you about the staff here, Tosha has been going back and forth with my insurance for 7 months to get my bridge approved! She has provided proof to them, went out of her way to call them when they say they didn't get paperwork to approve my bridge. They are not new to the insurance games. The office is nice, clean. Dr Bradshaw is awesome. My son and sister are going there as well now!

Started coming to Dr. Ballantine's office after I was so unhappy with my previous dentist that I simply stopped going. These folks are friendly, they're prompt, I've never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and they do exceptional work. I went in to have today to have them fix a filling, I couldn't be happier with the work they do, highly recommend!

Guys be aware this place is a fraud, I was tested positive for COVID called them that I'm not coming for my FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT not an originally appointment and they been sending me bills since than and keep increasing it even after they ripped off my insurance. They never getting penny from me and I'm going to report them.

My first visit was exceptional. The staff was well organized, very kind and professional. I had an exam, full digital x-rays and a teeth cleaning in a little more than 1 hour. Just based on this experience... I would highly recommend using them. I plan on them being my primary dentist down river!

Coming from a dentist family I will tell you Dr.Ballentine is the best, no fear as he is kind, very professional, only wish I had him years ago. Shiela and Grace staff and everyone really care. I sent Linda from Rhapsody restaurant wait staff she loves Dr.Kelly, and Dr.Angell and her daughter I recommend Dr.Ballentine, everyone loves your office, Grace just cleaned my teeth and Siobhan excellent with my wisdom tooth,

I really like dr. Ballentine. He's kind, fast, and does good work. I never have went to Bradshaw, his daughter that is the other dentist there, but I heard she's good too.

Both Dr. Balentine and Dr. Bradshaw are very good dentists. My family has been going to him for many years. I have only been going to him for a few years and not dissapointed once since. Very good quality equipment and office.
