Horrible surgeon. The actual surgery wasn't the issue but what happened after was. I had to spend a week in the hospital after a bone fragment had been left in my jaw that wasn't extracted during surgery. The surgeon denied that it was not infected and that the bone fragment would not cause infection. Every test in the book was run on me by an infectious disease specialist and the only thing they could find that would cause such a horrible infection in my body was the stray fragment. Then when I went in to get it removed he did not numb my mouth, tore out the blood clots, and preceded to tell me he didn't find it and sent me home. Would not recommend to anyone.

I waited three months for an appointment because I was in pain. I need to have a tooth removed. When I got there I was charge $95 and the doctor didn't even see me. They scheduled me for another day. My regular dentist had already talked to them about surgery I need it. I'm very disappointed and I'm so much pain. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The staff needs more training. Not just charging money for doing nothing.

I went here to get all four of my wisdom teeth taken out, and Dr. Moore and his assistants were amiable, helpful, and informative. I came in one day for the consultation and immediately got the surgery two days later. Of course, the procedure cost was a bit pricey, but aren't most of them. Overall, wonderful people and a great place for oral surgery. Just be sure to get dental and medical insurance before going.

I'm suggesting you to avoid this place! Very, very disappointed! For exactly 3 min. consultation they charged me $95!!! For what? To tell me that for a simple "baby" tooth extraction, they need to sedate my daughter!!!! And of course for the sedation to pay $350!!!! And also I can't oppt it out! No thank you!

Refereed from my dentist for an extraction. Called to make appointment and asked if they were in network and I was told yes for PPO with my company. Went in for my appointment and waited 30 minutes in my car for them to call and tell me to come in. Went in saw the Dr. For 2 min and went to schedule surgery. They handed me an estimate that seemed extremely high and first red flag they said they had to check with my insurance to see what would be covered. Called me back and said since we are not in net work the company is only paying 10% of the cost even after they said they were in network. Asked to talk with office manager to voice my complaints with telling someone they are in network to get an appointment knowing they are not so they can collect more money from patients. She rudely and smugly, said sorry it must have been a miscommunication we only take your insurance but haven't been in network for a few years. And said we will just bill you for the office visit and if u dont pay we will send you to collections. It just rolled of her tounge like she says this to a lot of patients. She then says you should have checked with your insurance company before coming in to verify what we told you was accurate. Sorry I'm just used to working with honest professionals who dont lie to get patients in the door. If you do get referred to this practice beware and per the office managers words dont believe what they tell you, verify with your insurance if you want the truth. On top of that based on their high initial estimate I went to another Dr. For a second opinion and they were 40% less on the same procedure and being they were honest and in network my total out of pocket was almost 80% less than these crooks. We are only talking about an extra 50 dollars on the office visit charges but if they are doing this to a lot of people they are padding their pockets nicely

If I could give a zero I would. They knew my medical history the day I went in for consultation. Scheduled the appointment cancelled at the last minute for a medical clearance. All of this after my work had put me out(which is hard to get off there) luckily I found another surgeon! I already have them out and healing with no clearance!

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Moore and he did a great job keeping me calm since I was nervous about being put to sleep and about the whole process of the wisdom teeth removal. I definitely recommend this Oral Surgeon, him and his staff are very friendly!
