Top notch speedy quality care with a kind staff. Dr. Billy took me in last minute when all other oral surgeons were away for holidays. He cured my dry socket after wisdom tooth extraction just in time to have a painless holiday vacation in Mexico. Office was clean, good ambiance, and great location next to Southwoods!

Does not follow the oath! By doing nothing is in fact harming the patient and their families! When they are already a patient!

I couldn't even make it past check in. I never leave bad google reviews. I couldn't NOT write this one. The front desk girl was so rude! Was snotty with me 5 times before I walked out. This is the power of CHOICE. I could NOT pay someone to treat me like that. Dr. Billy could be the best person on the planet-I couldn't make it that far. Customer service is important.

Dr. Mark Billy was excellent himself, along with the other nurses; however, the receptionists were rude and obnoxious. They need a few classes in communications with patients. They had no idea how to look up addresses for insurances (just go on google!) and they made me fill out my own authorizations basically--again, not my job because it should have been handled prior to me coming in. After an argument with the receptionist, she made it seem like it was my fault I couldn't find the address to an insurance. She also made me "speed up" the process with filling out paper work, despite ME paying HER for the service. Too much bubblegum in the office!

I see Dr. Billy. Have seen him at both locations, and the staff are great both places. I prefer the Boardman location personally. It is a much more relaxing and calming atmosphere, but the care provided at both is equally fantastic. The girls that assist him, and the office ladies, are extremely helpful and kind, which helps to ease your fear. Dr. Billy is fast, precise and friendly. He's in and out quickly, doesn't dawdle so don't expect a doctor who will spend hours with you calming you down. I have had 2 teeth pulled. Both were out in under a minute with no pain whatsoever. He fit me into his busy schedule when I was in horrible pain from my wisdom teeth. Absolutely love Dr. Billy and all the staff!

Dr billy is a very caring Dr I had to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled and he did an excellent job he explain and listen to me if I ever need to go back to him i will and I will refer people to him thank you again Dr billy

After hours answering service is EXTREMELY RUDE. They don't fully answer your questions, literally hung up on me THREE TIMES without saying bye MID SENTENCE, much less answering my questions.. Aside from that, office hours are listed as 8:15-4:30. Its 3pm & "supposedly" they're closed & only open till 12pm.. Hours need to be updated then. I told after hours lady this is a dental EMERGENCY & she said CALL TOMORROW FOR AN APPOINTMENT. They're extremely LAZY & IGNORANT
