this is the most unprofessional dentist place ever. i was never a patient, instead i was "going to get hired" & worked there for a day & saw how unsanitary everything is behind closed doors. while working beside the dr & assistant, he threw bloody tools & teeth on the counter, the same tools were touched by the assistant & without changing gloves, she goes on & touches the laptop. the same unsanitary process is repeated in different ways. despite working there, it took over a month for them to give me my wages although i worked a day in the beginning of august.. it's september now. so glad i dodged myself a bullet.

Dr. Ragusa is amazing and the whole staff is so nice and comforting...I went through a major process from getting VENEERS and IMPLANTS done and I couldn't be happier with the results...I'll be finishing up my veneers in the fall and can't wait to see the final results...I would recommend Dr Ragusa to anyone because from start to finish I knew I was in great hands...thanks again luv everyone over there!!!!

I have had so many horrific experiences with dentists. I was referred to Dr. Ragusa. Reluctantly, I went . I literally had no choice left , my mouth was so bad, so very bad. I travel TWO HOURS to see Dr. Ragusa. I have never been treated dentally/medically correct in my life as I have been by Dr. Ragusa. I am by far NOT an easy patient. I can honestly say the dentist is my biggest fear. Dr. Ragusa and his staff are the most patient, kind amazing people . This man literally is the best dentist. There isn't anything he wouldn't do to try and fix/help anyone . His work ? Beats any of the 20 dentists I've seen in my lifetime. The bad reviews I read ? Must have other meanings , those people are NUTS !! He has so much empathy and kindness , cant make you feel more comfortable, it's almost as if he can feel your pain , and corrects it . His skills ? Go beyond anything I cld imagine. I am so very grateful for Dr. Ragusa as well as his staff! I have no pain , I can smile and its a beautiful smile again. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR PUTTING UP WITH ME . I started coming here after an old roommate recommended Dr. Ragusa. I've been here a handful of times now. They're always quick, thorough, and professional.

The staff at Dr. Ragusa's office are so kind and helpful. I went as a new patient the beginning of the year. I normally do not enjoy the dentist but Dr Ragusa makes it an enjoyable visit.

The team and especially Dr Grace Fraraccio are very friendly and very professional she was so caring and gentle I was treated with care and attention. It is pretty hard to find a good, efficient and honest dentist in New York and I surely found mine. Love her!!!!

I came in because my tooth was hurting, ended up being a cavity, dr Ragusa took car of the problem and made it fast and painless. Highly recommended
