My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Kortebein, starting with a consult/xray many months ago. It takes some coordination to make sure the insurance coverage is appropriate. The extraction was two days ago; we were expecting pain & swelling to be sure. Daughter felt normal again within a day or so, even going back to work the next day. She only took three pain pills. They are very good dentists here. Dr. Kimmel removed one of my wisdom teeth a few years back, and my experience was similar. I would recommend Oral Surgery Associates to anyone.

I had a really great experience with Dr. Kortebein and his team at Oral Surgery Associates. I had some complications with my wisdom teeth removal and they were nothing but kind, straightforward, and professional. They made themselves available to me and were able to see me on very short notice! Thank you Dr. K!! I would recommend them to anybody in need of dental surgery.

Had my wisdom tooth taking out by Dr. Wagner. I did not appreciate how fast he was moving, I felt like he was not taking his time and he was rushing. He did not tell me what was going on during the procedure. I had to physically stop him from continuing because he was hitting my other teeth so badly. I was in pain more than I should have been because of How much he was rushing. Very frustrated. His assistant was great but Definitely never coming back here.

Decided to change to a different facility for my wisdom tooth extraction due to the rudeness of the staffs here. I called and asked questions but received such horrible and vague responses. The staffs seems like they hated communicating to their patients and helping us understand the procedure. When I called to ask about the anesthesia, she responded to me " I hope you know it's not a heart transplant." Will never ever go back and will never ever recommend this place. Save your money and time.
