Dr. Galster was professional and all business. But I would recommend. I went to the Fort Myers office. But what made the experience much better, from the fear of getting a root canal, was the hygienist Sheila! Wow, what a breath of fresh air! Super sweet, and so caring! The receptionist were friendly as well.

Worst experience ever trying to actually book an appointment. However, Darlene fixed everything and when I finally got in, all office staff was super nice. Galsterer was cordial and professional and my procedure was completely painless (I was terrified it was going to hurt so bad). If you can get past the scheduling issues, everything else should be smooth sailing from there!

100% happy with my root canal!! Dr. Galsterer was professional and caring and supremely competent. I felt in very good hands, and have been completely satisfied with the results. Would highly recommend and would definitely seek him out if I needed an endodontist again.

I had an infected molar on the lower right side of my mouth. Was able to get in and see Dr. Galsterer in one day. Did an excellent job on my root canal I felt no pain during the procedure or after it was finished. I am a retired dentist so I am familiar with the procedure. He is very proficient and I feel very comfortable in his care. I would highly recommend him to others and if I needed another root canal I would truly seek out care from him again. Thanks Doc!

Yes. Firstly, the photo that's shown is NOT a photo of this facility! He's in a nice place. Geesh. I have a very real phobia (terrifying) of both dental hygienists AND dentists . This doctor did Root canals on both my mouth AND my husband's yesterday. He's on another (higher) level! My root canal was more difficult but my husband is the kind to go pale even before the doctor Touches him (much less get shots). Here's my part: he went to work. No chitter chatter. He asked Me relevant questions to be sure I wasn't in pain, then he focused on his job. I closed my eyes, Prayed for him, and let go. Afterwards, I took an Advil when I got home expecting a horror or Pain to set in. It never did. There were a couple sets of xrays taken, the thing you bite down on Always hurts unbelievably (the hygienist or assistant says it's a child size, too)...since I was numb I couldn't feel it. Sure enough, it cut my gums. Other than that, no pain. None. Can't believe it. Same with my husband (no pain but also a problem with the biting down on that huge thing ~ and his mouth is big). I highly recommend this location in Cape Coral, Florida and in particular this endodontist, Dr. Mark Galsterer. Side note: woman in front receptionist area made my day. Her name is Darlene. I watched her when my husband was getting his root canal work done from the reception area. She was an advocate (relentless) On the phone for a patient. She was simply strong, brilliant, mentally organized and heroic for him. Nearly brought me to tears watching her go to back for him against the insurance company. She won. It was only because she never gave up. I witnessed this and am humbled to have been there. She's only been there They are incredibly fortunate to have her...so kudos to the person who hired her. She'd undoubtedly be successfully regardless of what profession she'd chose. That said, she makes the world a better place. And she knows her way around insurance companies . 10 stars
