I wish I could give zero stars. I had an 8:30 am appointment this morning. I arrived early bc I anticipated paper work. I watched a woman come in with her daughter who thought she had an appointment as well as her daughter. After while they actually called the woman back to be seen. ( i thought oh , they are accommodating) Now, I am hearing people say they have 9am appointments and watching them get called back. I approached the desk, stated " I think I may have been forgotten about" ( i am a business owner things happen) The attitude that came out of the woman was shocking. I was told to just sit back down At 9:20. I had had this appointment for 3 months!!!! I was in tears, and shock and left bc at this point the attitude of the woman made me not comfortable to let them even touch me if I did get called back. I wanted a while after calling my husband sobbing to call the office manager. Of course, the same woman answered the phone and disconnected it upon my request to speak to the office manager. Why? Who is she? How is it ok to be treated this way? I will never recommend this place to anyone. I will never forget how this woman treated me. ( YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE)

I have been a patient of Dr Benedict's for @ 12 years and I would recommend him to anyone! I have needed an extensive about of dental work over the years and he's done an amazing job! His staff is super friendly and most of them have been there the whole time I've been a patient. Dr Benedict is very friendly and easy to talk to about your issues! He is very good at doing everything he can to help you asap! He is also very knowledgeable and gentle while working on your mouth. I have to say I have always "hated" the dentist because of my own fears but he has always so comforting at that made me feel safe! I'm not quite sure what I'm going to do when he retires!

Great place to go if you just want some pain pills.. or if you would like to do half of their work yourself. I have seen them xray a man and tell him he looks fine .. he then pulled put his top and bottom plates to show them that intact he did t have any teeth.. I have watch people walk in fine and say you do give pain med right? He says yeah.. she really said.. are they 5 or 7.5s.. he early answered with 7.5s... smh. . I ha e seen them hand goo and a plate to a guy and tell him to fit himself for his false teeth. I hear him say idk how to.. the answer was just push it in and hold it.. I have seen a man with teeth they made that were so bad the couldn't even put em in.. all Dr. Wanted to do was get them hardened that is when he gets paid I heard the person telling him. These are cutting me they dont fit.. he really gave them the wax thing with teeth on it and said go home figure it out yourself and lmk..8years ago dude was like one of the best I hear from alot of people .. I have ok service at first but even my service was so miserable le.. the rude little chubby lady that's a little dark in complexion is a little monster in wheels. Sooooo rude .. runnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn don't go here.. unless u need some meds easy as ever. Or wanna battle saying hello or not to the bib hanger lady... weird little place..

If you're one like me who gets nervous when going to the dentist, I highly recommend this place! Went in for a new patient appointment and the entire staff was very kind and friendly! They were even able to fill some cavities on the same day! The hygienist and the assistant were both super friendly, walking me through everything and checking on me. The Dr was really knowledgeable and I was impressed on how gentle and quick he was at filling my cavities. Overall positive experience and I look forward to going back!

The only dentist I will trust i my mouth! Excellent Doctor, great staff, his bedside manner is the absolute best, and he CARES. He has been my Doc for over 20 years now. Love him!

I have been going to this office for many years. The staff has changed & makes the visit unpleasant. Dr Benedict is still friendly & knowledgeable. However, Anne the hygienist is very unprofessional & rude, she has terrible customer service , professionalism or concern for the patients . Her attitude will make the office lose alot of customers not considering her teeth doesn't look the greatest to be employed at a dental office.

Dr.Benedict and his staff make going to the dentist easy for me now! I hated going to dentists until I got to see him, never will go to another dentist afterwards! Great bedside manner and staff is super professional and friendly as well! Highly recommend from a healthcare worker and a patient aspect!

Worst bedside manner I have ever encountered, theres a difference between being matter of fact and being demeaning. I have never been so insulted before, and then to refuse to do work and telling me to find a dentist in cleveland!!!! I get it that children are a task but when faced with what we were faced with where is the honor to hippocratic oath, let's get through it together I'm a reasonable person and the child though a little anxious was ready to tackle the task. Now I need to find a dentist who I will probably have to shell exorbitant amounts of money because no one within a 150 miles takes this kids insurance, what a crock

Love this dentist!!! Ive had very bad experiences with other dentist so when I came to him for the 1st time naturally I was nervous, however him and his staff made me very comfortable! He's a great dentist i highly recommend him to everyone!
