The office and staff are very friendly and nice. Dr. Helek listens well and works closely with his patients to provide an affordable treatment program. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family.

Dr. Halek is the most professional, sensitive, and caring Dentist I've ever had! He's completely thorough in his exams and even performed Night Lazer treatment on me successfully for my sleep apnea. I've been one of his patients for 15+ years and have never regretted it.

I really enjoyed meeting the team at Spa Touch Dentistry. The environment was very welcoming. Dr. Halek took his time with me and was very thorough. I don't know a lot about dental technology, but he had several devises that I had not seen before. One of them helped locate two cracked teeth that he can repair before the split in half causing a possible root canal and crown to be put on my tooth. I am looking forward to having my issues taken care of in the next few months.

I liked the office and the staff was amazing! absolutely amazing! i referred several people there. I myself work in Medial, and i missed an apt due to my office being low on staff during COVID, they have charged me for the no show fee, and how are charging interest on it.

Don't do it! I had 2 laser fillings for cavities that did not hurt at all before I had them filled and I'm in terrible pain over a month later. When I went back to him HE MADE IT WORSE. I don't know what he did in there but now the pain is excruciating, whereas before it was wearing me down but was bearable. He said I might have trouble with a deep filling in the wisdom tooth but that one is fine. It's the other one he did that wasn't even deep. And he pushes a night guard on every single patient every visit and tries to blame every thing on that. I'm a grown woman it's not my first filling and no dentist ever mentioned a night guard. Now I have to go to an endodontist but I won't be going to the one he recommended. I'm telling you don't do it. It's not worth the risk.

Worst Dentist I ever went to !! If I could give a Zero I would !! Sorry Mark...the only way I would change my opinion is when you turn off all the lights (not some of the lights) and are out of business.

Lies, Lies, Lies - I went and had some cavities filled. They said they called my insurance company for approval - THEY DID NOT. They filled with porcelain, insurance would not cover it, which they would have known had they actually called. They never told me it would not be covered or give me any other options. Had I known this I probably would have called insurance myself, or spaced out my procedures or tried another dentist...but, nope, all of a sudden they say you owe $$$. Very unethical. I tried to work with the in-house financial person, but she would not return my calls. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST.

The staff is friendly and as a dentist I felt satisfied, the equipment in his office seemed advanced and up to date. Because I like these things, I was willing to pay the little extras and more frequent visits that come with this dental office. Now this is why I am giving such a low rating. Though proper notification was given concerning my insurance(CIGNA) and coverage I was misinformed on a procedure(crown) and got charged twice what the estimate was. I was quoted about $600 for a crown. I paid that amount once I did the procedure. Then 3 months later when I visited for a cleaning I was told I owe an additional $600 plus. My insurance had declined the claim.(That same procedure at an in-network dentist would have cost me less than $500 Cigna informed me). This office went outside the insurers contract with them and billed and quoted a service as in-network causing my claim to be declined(they are in Cignas radius network not in-network). They weren't in this providers network (as they informed me, when I agreed to proceed) and now I am stuck with a bill that could have been easily avoided if the dental office was honest with me and not quote me a price knowing the insurance company would not honor it. Cigna was blamed even though the error was done by the dental office. I was very patient(back and forth for 2 years plus), but this has left me feeling this was done on purpose as I read similar reviews here. I have communicated with the office representative and insurance. Cigna told them this cost should not fall on me because they recorded communication with the person that called in for the quote that this office is not on an in-network contract. I did like the office but I dislike this practice and the lack of accountability on their part. Today I was told my bill will be sent to collections and I am no longer accepted as a patient. Over the years I'm certain thousands was paid to them by me and my insurance. Instead of doing the honorable thing by the customer and ensuring future revenues and recommendation they are willing to let $600 (that was their error) ruin a client's experience and perception of them.

Dr.Halek is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable regarding what needs to be done. I have never had an experience with insurance issues. The staff assisting him I Has always been outstanding. Is he a discount dentist -NO - because the level of service provided is not discount. They probably have made mistakes with billing but they are always ready, willing & able to correct them. NO dentist office is perfect but I can tell you this one is both professional & honest. I have been seeing Dr.Halek for about 10 years.

Denise is the most positive, caring and nicest lady you'll ever meet. She works with me on preventative care and my personal dental hygiene hasn't been better. I highly recommend this office. They're the best!!
