Being a veteran I was referred here by the VA and upon my first visit the atmosphere was great and friendly. As soon as my appointment was over I was told I would hear back in 4-8 weeks with the approval which they said was sent Jan 13th. It is now my eighth week waiting and I have been calling weekly to see if I had any new updates on my approval for root canal. At first they kept telling me that the va had changed the way they billed but if only I had known I would then be sent in circles. A week later I called and got a different answer saying that they have seven veterans who haven't been approved also so I waited another two weeks and I just had a feeling something was wrong. As it turns out back when I got my referral back in October the VA had approved me for my root canal surgery plus Iv sedation and all I had to do was schedule an appointment. So after talking to the VA it turns out that Espinal and Willis never sent my referral to the VA Bc the The VA had already approved it prior. Also the only referral the VA had was for feb 13 which was after I had complained to Espinal and Willis about my face swelling. They also didn't do my deep cleaning as they were supposed to. They lady who does the referral for veterans was very rude and she said to me if you're impatient then you can go elsewhere. If you are a VETERAN PLEASE ASK THE VA TO SCHEDULE YOU ELSEWHERE . it's what I'm having to do now after eight weeks of being in pain.
