I've used Dr. Mark Davis multiple times and each time I've been very pleased. The office staff has always been very professional and validated my insurance co-payment prior to my procedures. Dr. Davis is a very caring and excellent Oral Surgeon which I would highly recommend.

I got 2 implants installed at this beautiful place. Well, at least I think that is what happened. Because I remember coming to the office, sitting in a chair (no implants at that point) and then I found myself at home with implants in place. Could be some magic involved. Thank you!

Dr. Davis and his staff are just amazing. I chose Dr. Davis' practice at the recommendation of my dental provider. I had a molar removed (after which Dr. Davis himself called me at home to check on me) and a dental implant thereafter. I found his practice to be very well organized and efficient. I appreciate that they provided the treatment plan and financial assessment up front. Michelle took the time to patiently explain the various ways in which I could meet my financial obligations with clarity and transparency. I have to say that everyone, from the front office staff to Dr. Davis' himself, strive to provide the attention and care that resulted in an exceptional positive experience for me.

I was very anxious about getting my wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Davis was so kind. He showed me my X-Rays and explained the process and I felt much more relaxed. The day of surgery, everyone there took such good care of me and he even called to check on me later that day. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Davis!

Dr. Davis is a phenomenal surgeon. And his staff is so KIND and amazing. My son had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted 5 days ago. We were so nervous as this was the 1st time in our family anyone has had this type of surgery. Dr. Davis and his staff were so comforting and informative from the very beginning through post surgery. My sons procedure went very well and his healing is going just as well. I am next in line for wisdom teeth extraction. I will hands down return to Dr. Davis when its my turn. Thank you to Dr. Davis and his amazing staff!

Dr. Davis performed a dental implant on my front tooth. That procedure was flawless with very little or no pain. While waiting for the initial implant process to heal, I had a another tooth that had to be extracted due to infection. Dr. Davis was able to adjust his schedule in order to fit me in for this extraction. Excellent doctor, excellent staff.

Dr Mark Davis and all Staff members are Amazing I took out my 2 Wisdom tooth as a Adult he did the extraction very smoothly and as a Adult it took lit but more time to heal but all the Staff and Dr Davis help a lot in this Process. Thank you

I cant speak to the quality of work here, but I can say that the customer service is absolutely terrible. A family member of mine got a tooth pulled here and came home bawling because of how poorly she was treated by the doctor and staff. The doctor and staff made her feel rushed and showed no empathy for her concerns and questions prior to having the tooth pulled. When she tried to ask questions about the procedure they made her feel rushed and like her questions were a bother to them. After the procedure was over they immediately rushed her out the door and gave her very minimal information on what she should do to take care of herself following the procedure. Having a tooth pull for the first time is a very scary experience for some, and people deserve to have their concerns answered and met with empathy and professionalism....not treated like that are a bother and their concerns are not valid. If you are looking for people who will treat you with respect and make you feel comfortable with your procedure, I would not recommend this business.

Dr. Davis was great and the facility was nice. I brought my son in to remove 3 of his wisdom teeth at 9:15 and I was driving off with a heavily sedated child by 10. Dr. Davis even called that evening to check on him. I would highly recommend using their services.

I recently had my wisdom had my wisdom teeth and an extra tooth taken out. The surgeon was very experienced and careful not to mention very welcoming and comforting.

Dr. Davis and his staff were amazing. Everyone was polite and friendly, from scheduling to payments. I needed one maybe two wisdom teeth removed. After x-rays were taken, Dr. Davis fully informed me of all options that were available for me, due to the location of my needed removals, and talked it through with me until I made the right choice for ME. I had one wisdom tooth removed and the procedure and healing process was smooth and with no complications. The office is clean and the staff is caring. When the time comes for my other wisdom tooth removal I will definitely be returning to this office. Thank you Dr. Davis and your awesome employees!

My 14 yr old had seamless wisdom teeth removal! Dr. Davis informed us and reviewed the procedure with us and answered all our questions! My daughter had hers out also and it also went seemlessly!

First class service with a reasonable price tag! It is our second time to use Dr Davis for pur kids. We got consults from 2 other oral surgeons un the area - assuming since Frisco has grown there qould be someone less expensive and just as good. We were wrong! Dr Davis was the middle of the road pirce wise and very easy to work with. Hia office KNOWS how to do wisdom teeth. Literally 30 minutes from beginning to end and absolutely NO brusiing. The follow up by Dr Davis HIMSELF by phone for 2.days afterwards was a blessing. You will not be disappointed!

Dr. Davis and the entire staff here is amazing! My 9 year old daughter had to come for a surgery and Dr. Davis was so personable and made her feel completely comfortable and at ease. He is very knowledgeable (and a little funny ;)). His front office and lady that checked us in is wonderful as well. Don't hesitate to come here!
