If any of you know me, really know me, you know my anxiety about dentists...all because of a terrible visit to one 10 years ago that went so terribly wrong that one of my back teeth ended up being extracted. Since then I've had anxiety about Novocain & dental work...that is, until now. I was given a recommendation to see Dr. Mark Burgess in Bloomington, & let me tell you, Dr. Burgess has renewed my faith in dentistry. What a gentle, humorous, & friendly man he is. His work was quick, his explanation thorough. I'm so glad I took the chance on him. Sure I'll still be a bit nervous, but Dr. Burgess has made it so easy for me to keep these teeth healthy! Thank you from the bottom of my heart & teeth, Dr. Burgess!!! I recommend this practice !!!!!

I've been going to Dr. Burgess' office for over 10 years. His office staff hasn't had much turnover, which is a sign of high employee satisfaction. He knows his patients personally and treats us well. Dr. Burgess built and wonderfully decorated his new office a few years back. His hygienists are friendly and use very modern equipment. There have been times I've wished that his office wasn't so punctual -- so I could spend more time in his comfy waiting room. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my dental needs!
