Dr. Plant's staff is racketeering, whether the Doctor is aware of his staffs behavior I don't know but his staff, especially Phyllis, is not to be trusted. She verbally takes your insurance information including PHI over the phone making you feel confident that she will wade through the difficulties of getting your procedure covered. Before you know it, you have missed your appointment that she lets you know she painstakingly went to for you and are now not welcome at their office because she cleared the procedure through your insurance for approval, scheduled the appointment and let you know by leaving a message in you voice mail the evening before of the procedure and that it was cleared and to arrive in the morning for surgery and you failed.. She continues with detailed instructions not to eat 12 hours before, to arrive with a designated driver who will need to have a Covid-19 and will leave a number for them to call when ready to go home. Phyllis did indeed attempt to bill my insurance which I have since received along with the denial letters. All that with dates, her recordings and timeliness has caught her in her own snare. That, in a nutshell, is racketeering.

Everyone here was super helpful and understanding of anything that came up; and most of all were very kind each and every time we came in. I had a wisdom tooth that broke; made a date to have them all pulled but sadly got sick so had to reschedule last minute! They worked with me again on a new date and were completely understanding. Got them all out; had some horrible pain on just one side, they got me in as soon as possible. Had my follow up but this time, I didn't have anyone to watch my little ones so I had to bring them with me. Again they were completely understanding and offered to hangout with us all, as I got my last check up! I think it's the little things that mean the most when someone can not be in two places at once! Thank you too everyone in that office for being so amazing and kind!

Best DDS hands down. I've seen him twice for non standard issues and he has treated me with kindness and top notch care and knowledge. (get a sonicare toothbrush). You won't regret it.

Recently my son had some teeth we were told needed pulled, Dr. Plant was wonderful to work with in every way, his office staff on the other hand are NOT ! Rude and insulting ! I had to reschedule his first appointment, 10 days before the date he had a major test on day in question, I was told the doctors schedule is more important than my kids, when I ask for a note for the procedure day, for his school, was told to have the school call them ! Your kidding right ! I was not happy with how the staff treated us at all ... never got the note !

I went in expecting to be told I need all 3 wisdom teeth out. I love his honesty, Dr. Plant told me just one of them and a 12 year molar had to be removed. He explained in detail what to expect when I went back, how to make sure I took care of my mouth, and what to expect during recovery . I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs oral surgery!

As a patient of Dr. Plants I was treated with respect and kindness. He is very good at explaining exactly what he will be doing and why. He makes sure as a patient you know and understand what you need to do for a good outcome once your surgery is done. I would highly recommend Dr plant to anyone needing an excellent oral surgeon.

I cannot express my gratitude for Dr. Plant enough!! He is the most honest and genuine person I have been to in the field. I was told I had to have all four wisdom teeth extracted. Upon my office visit to Dr. Plant he explained everything very thoroughly with the risks. He will not perform surgery unless deemed absolutley necessary. He views you as a person and not just another dollar sign. I am so happy I found him!! If you are looking for for an oral surgeon, I HIGHLY recommend him. Great doctor and nice office staff.

As a patient of Dr. Plants I was treated with respect and kindness. He is very good at explaining exactly what he will be doing and why.
