Dr. Marjan Nejad is our general, cosmetic and implant (single and implant supported or all on four dentures) dentist. Dr Nejad, has been in the dental field for over 15 years; first as a registered dental hygienist and then completing her dream, she attended the dental school at the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. As a proud member of the Women For ATSU (A.T. Still University), Dr. Nejad is very involved in the Arizona dental community, both organizing fundraisers and participating in events providing much needed dental care for people who are otherwiseunder-servedin the valley. Dentistry is her passion and she is dedicated to providing the best care to her patients. Dr. Nejad stays up to date with the latest in dental technology; she is patient, gentle and respectful of her patients time, clinically meticulous and all around amazing. When not taking care of patients, Dr. enjoys spending time with her 2 wonderful children, traveling, hiking and visiting with friends and family.

Marsha is our dental hygienist. She has been in the dental field for over 30 years. Initially Marsha worked as a dental assistant. Later she returned to school, to become a registered dental hygienist and has been practicing hygiene for over 20 years. Marsha loves her profession and her patients love her. Originally from Virginia, Marsha relocated to Scottsdale in 1981. She and her husband of 30 years have two wonderful sons.Her favorite pastimes include spending time with her family, riding her (yes her!) Harley and scrap-booking.

Jeannie is our lead dental assistant. She received her dental training in 2004 at ATI in Ft. Worth, Texas. Jeannie and her husband moved to Phoenix in 2007 and she loves it here.Happily married and a proud mother of two, in her free time she is active in her church, enjoys hiking, singing, cooking and playing with her kids and 2 dogs.Jeannie has extensive knowledge of dental care and we tease her she should go to dental school some day!

Barb has been part of the 1st Scottsdale family since she attended the Arizona School of Dental Assisting in 2013. A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Barb moved to Arizona in May of 2000. She enjoysmeeting new people and helping others feel good about themselves. Barb lives with her fianc and is a proud mother of twogrown children and two beautiful grandchildren. She enjoysworking out at the gym, spending time with family and friends and enjoying lifeeveryday! She feels very blessed to be a part of such a wonderful dental family andteam!

Laura has been part of the 1st Scottsdale family since 2015. She has over 14 years experience in the dental field and is your go to person for your treatment planning, financing, and insurance or scheduling needs. An Iowa City native (Go Hawkeyes!), Laura moved to Arizona in 1998 to enjoy the year round sunshine and southwest living. Laura is a busy mom of 4 and grandma of 2! When she is not at work, Laura likes trying new restaurants, working out, traveling and cooking healthy meals. Usually she can be found running children to their sports or activities, spending time with family or friends. Laura has 2 dogs and a tortoise.
