The purpose of El Centro Family Health is to improve the health and well-being of our patients and communities. We achieve this purpose by utilizing health promotion & education, disease prevention activities, and case management.
El Centro Family Health provides services to all persons of our service area regardless of ability to pay. Utilizing a sliding fee scale, patients are assessed and a determination made based on income and family size. Responding to a changing health care environment, we advocate for patients to ensure they have access to all our services.
El Centro Family Health, a network of medical and behavioral care clinics, dental clinics, school-based health centers, and more, serving patients across the Espanola, Las Vegas, & Taos regions including Penasco, Truchas, Coyote, Embudo, San Miguel, Anton Chico, Springer, Wagon Mound, Roy, and other rural New Mexico communities.
