Dr. Bryan graduated from East Tennessee State University and was awarded her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in 1988. She had the distinction of receiving the class award from the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. She attended the General Practice Residency at the University of Tennessee Medical Center at Knoxville. This is a yearlong program for advanced training in general dentistry including oral surgery, anesthesia, implants, prosthodontics (dentures and bridgework), and managing medically compromised patients. After eight years of private practice in Kingsport, Dr. Bryan entered postgraduate school at The University of Connecticut. She received her certification in Endodontics and returned to Kingsport in 1999.
Dr. Bryan is married to Bob Bryan. They are the parents of three children. Bob coaches recreational league sports. Look for our slogan 'Root for Us'. They participate in church activities, and in their spare time they enjoy horses, and dreaming of a garden.

My Mom went here for a consultation. They have the audacity to want over $3,000 for a root canal, and they don't contract with any insurance! What a rip off. Good luck getting patients in this economy!

If I could give them negative stars I would love to. Dr. Maria Bryan who I didn't even get the pleasure of meeting has employed some very ignorant assistants to sit at a desk and check in new patients. Unfortunately, I didnt get very far in filling out my paper work. I was interrupted because I over heard very clearly that they were making fun of "ching chong" patient. And their "ching chong" computer. Thankfully my English is so good, I could hear them laughing about it very loudly. If you're not Asian then you won't have a problem at check in. Thank you for your hospitable service.

I would recommend this office to anyone needing a good endodontist. Dr. Bryan is very thorough and focused, also makes sure everything is clean and sterile. Special shout out to Dental Tech Candace who took great pains to make sure I was calm and comfortable. Also Jerrica in the front office was very patient and helpful. Thanks to all!

Dr. Bryan is very knowledgeable. I appreciate that she took the time to explain what I should expect as well as her advised path forward in detail. I also appreciate that she was conservative in her approach, which I find to be very professional.
