I had my first root canal with Dr Concepcion. She is amazing. They got me in the day I called. It was such an unbelievable experience. I was terrified going into it, but her presence instantly relaxed me!! Zero pain the day after!! I highly recommend this Endodontist!!

I am a little late to post this, but this was a needed review because I had an EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE with Dr. Concepcion's office. I came in, filled my paperwork out and went straight back, no wait time AT ALL! Once I was back there, they got me prepped and ready for my procedure and we were off. I was easy, painless and smooth and the music was FANTASTIC! Thank you Dr. Concepcion and your entire staff.

Dr. Concepcion is a life saver ! I was in excruciating pain in one of my molars that was stopping me from getting sleep. She seen me same day to do my root canal and relieved me from my pain !

I was impressed with Dr. Concepcion and her staff. Overnight, I was in excruciating pain and was referred to the office by my regular dentist for a root canal. Everyone immediately put me at ease, and Dr. Concepcion was very thorough with each step of the procedure. She explained what she was doing and took the time to make sure that everything was done safely. It turns out that I had an infection in the tooth, which is why it was so painful. I appreciated that Dr. Concepcion and her staff took the time to make sure that the procedure was done right. I'm writing this three days later, and I feel great! I would never wish this kind of pain on anyone, and while I hope that I never experience anything like this again, I would definitely go back to this office if needed. I highly recommend Dr. Concepcion!

I went to the dentist for a routine checkup when I found out that I may need a root canal. The dental assistant said that this office closed at five and it was already 5:03 but when she called them they picked up and said that they could see me at six. When I went there they said I needed to have a root canal done and that they could do it right away! I thought that they would be closed already but they stayed an hour late to do the root canal. The procedure was completely painless and I am thankful to Dr. Concepcion for fitting me in the same day as I told her I would be back at college in a couple weeks.

Don't go there. 1- They are not professional at all my wife was screaming and crying because the X-ray, they even don't know how to do it, 2 nurse and the dentist can't do, after that said we can't help with very rude way. 2- They only need to take more money from you my wife did an X-ray 2 days before and they did get from the office he sent us, plus she lying on me and said the X-ray not clear before even they check office send it or not 3- My wife was crying so bad when we are on the way out and they start laughing, that is so sad when they laughing and somebody else in pain and crying because you are not professional

I will start by saying that even a trip to the dentist for a routine cleaning leaves me with trepidation - so a root canal re-treat made me quite edgy. But the doctor and her staff were very attentive and sensitive - it was not fun, but they are excellent and i would recommend without hesitation. they are fine people.

Dr. Maria Concepcion and her staff were EXCEPTIONAL. I was a little leery at first going to a dentist I did not know but they were all wonderful. They let me know my cost upfront, took care of all Covid procedures, and I had absolutely no pain while doing the root canal or afterwards. I would absolutely recommend her ! Thank you Dr. Maria and staff!

Dr Concepcion is PHENOMENAL! When I found out I needed multiple root canals I was terrified to say the least. She made the experience incredibly comfortable. Her and her team do an amazing job of putting patients at ease.

Emergency root canal at 31 weeks pregnant. Dr. Concepcion was amazing! She made me feel comfortable, understood certain precautions I needed to take being pregnant, and made the process quick and easy. So thankful to have been referred here!

Dr Concepcion and staff are wonderful! She is highly regarded for a reason, she identified a hard to diagnose issue causing me a lot of pain for weeks, stayed late and opened early to treat me. WOW! Thankful to Dr C and her staff for the great treatment!

I love it here which says a lot because I don't like dental work at all! Office itself is modern, welcoming, and very clean. Office staff was all very professional, knowledgeable, informative and reassuring . I knew cost estimate before procedure and was scheduled after consultation within a short timeframe. Dr Concepcion was very strongly recommended by my general dentist and I know why - couldn't ask for more! Oh, and I didn't feel a thing ... another bonus!

There is not enough words to describe how great Dr. Maria Concepcion is! Went in for a root canal and felt extremely comfortable. The staff was so nice and Dr. Concepcion was very personable/talked to me the entire procedure, ensuring that I was comfortable. Great covid pro cautions as well. Fastest root canal I ever had. I didn't think I'd ever say I was looking forward for a root canal till now. Honestly the sweetest woman! Thank you again!!

Let me start by saying i hate (that may not be a strong enough word) going to the dentist. I tease my family dentist that she just likes to torture people. But it is a necessity in life. I can honestly say Dr. Concepcion and her staff were absolutely amazing! They were calming, made sure i was comfortable and not in pain. If you find yourself needing a root canal please know you will be in good hands from start to finish. I never thought i would leave a 5 star review for a dentist but it is well deserved.

My regular dentist (Dr. Patel @ Pearl Family Dentist) sent me to Dr. Concepcion's office to see a specialist regarding my fractured front tooth. After an X-ray and some tests, the Doctor told me it would be best to move forward with my root canal and that she could do it immediately. Not expecting to get my root canal that day.. I had a horrible panic attack but Dr. Concepcion and her wonderful dental assistants were there to help calm me down and explain the process. My root canal surgery went great. Dr. Concepcion is very knowledgeable and understanding, I would recommend Dr. Concepcion and her staff to anyone.
