Dr. Roger Phanord is a doctoral graduate of the University Of Florida College Of Dentistry. After graduation,he returned to the community that he grew up in. Phanord & Associates opened in June of 1988 and two years later, Dr. Phanord expanded his practice by opening Sabal Palm Dental Associates in the Little Haiti community. He epitomizes hard work and dedication. These values are practiced by all staff members in both offices. For many years, Dr. Phanord has been a mentor to many dental graduates. In the past, he has worked with other dentists giving back to underprivileged people in third world countries.
First visit ABSOLUTELY fell in love with this dental office. There was no long wait for the doctor after cleaning and x-ray process. My visit was overall a pleasant experience, clean facility and professional staff. Satisfied Amazed!

Dr. Phanord is an excellent dentist. He has always explained the pros and cons of each procedure. I have many crowns, a bridge and have also had teeth extracted. Dr. Phanord has lived in the tri-county area since 1974. As a child, he attended Brownsville Elementary School and Miami Killian Sr. High School. He studied at Miami Dade Community College and Florida International University for his undergraduate degree. He graduated from University of Florida School of Dentistry in 1987.
Dr. Phanord has been a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Florida dental Association (FDA) and Dade County Dental Society. He has been practicing general/family dentistry, implant and cosmetic dentistry in this community since graduating dental school 1987. He opened the North Miami office (Phanord & Associates, PA) in 1988 and followed with the Little Haiti office (Sabal Palm Dental Associates, PA) in 1990. For many years, Dr. Phanord opened his doors for new dentists as place to learn and train before venturing out on their own. Following his belief of giving back to the community, Dr. Phanord has provided dentistry to the under privileged in the community as well as participated in dental mission trips to impoverished countries.
Margot Jobson, graduated from the Meharry Dental College in Nashville, Tennessee in 1996 and received a postdoctoral certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from Howard University in Washington, D.C. in 1998, Dr. Jobson practiced with the Omni Pediatric Dental Group in Bowie Maryland before subsequently joining Phanord & Associates. Moving to South Florida to be near family and friends was a blessing as it is such magnificent place to raise my family.
Dr. Jobson enjoys all facets of dentistry form basic preventative procedures to more complex rehabilitative cases to create lasting beautiful smiles. Dr. Jobsons commitment to the pursuit of good dental health is illustrated by her contributions to the education of her colleagues as published researcher in Water Flouridation Systems. Dr. Jobson continues to work in the community and was awarded the Dade County Dental Society Award.
