Doctors Palmer and Brownson are professional and do exceptional work. Their staff is extremely friendly and kind. The facilities are quite clean and well-maintained. The integrated automation system they use is friendly, texting reminders of upcoming appointments. It is a nice touch to their service. I recently had a filler replaced. Doctor Brownson gracefully removed the old filler and replaced it. Through most of the procedure, I had plenty of questions and between herself and Betty (the hygienist? apology for not remembering her proper title), I had all my answers fulfilled and then some. Quite an enjoyable experience for someone who is continually curious. Also, I had my phone out and it was suggested to take a selfie. Quite a funny suggestion and an even funnier photo. For the last year, these doctors are my choice of dentist and I highly recommend them to anyone looking.

Dr Palmer and her team responded last Thursday to my request to repair my molar. I was eating nuts and chipped a molar Wednesday evening.. I texted then called at 7:30 am Thursday. I was scheduled at 8 am to get the repair done. Excellent response and quick service. Thanks

I moved the Palmer and Brownson dental practice because my former dentist and hygienist retired this past spring. As a result, I do know anyone at the dental practice to which I went. Today's visit to Palmer and Brownson was a most positive experience. The office staff set up a channel for my insurance provider to cover today's appointment. Dr. Palmer efficiently documented the condition of my teeth with her hygienist, effectively cleaned my teeth and removed stains that my previous hygienist said she could nothing about, and my next appointment was scheduled six months from the date of today's visit. I am most gratified by the level of care and service I experienced at the Palmer and Brownson dental practice.

Hygienist Kaitlyn and Dr Palmer were amazing with my two little ones this morning. My 4.5 year old wants to know how everything works so he asked about a million questions and they patiently answered each one like they had the whole day free to spend with him. My 1.5 year old wanted nothing to do with his appointment and they were not going to push it, but instead played with him to get him to open up voluntarily. This is not a pediatric dentist office, but they handled my kids' shenanigans beautifully. They even had stickers and toys for the kids to choose from. Dentist appointments can be scary for kids, but they made it a great experience.
