Dr. Young and her staff are quite professional and very caring. The entire experience from scheduling to the procedure was easy. I knew I was in good hands! TOTALLY RECOMMEND DR. YOUNG!!!!

Great experience both times I went! I've had 2 root canal's here and they let you watch a movie while getting the work done and it's the best way to be distracted while getting dental work done. Awesome and caring people who work there as-well thank you!

There is almost a year and I am still feeling pain where I had the anesthesia crucial headache and gum pain it feel swollen and I have numbness to my face on the sized when I had the procedure done at. I keep getting painful pimples right around the area I have had by about 5 of those pimples ore sores since I have been there the experiences there I felt everything e en the anesthesia it was rush I had never seen a root canal done so fasts and i have had two from previous dentist I figured maybe she was and expert at her work there was 3 women on top of me struggling. I'am scared to go back.

First of all they did a root canal repair on an old root canal that showed a spot above the tooth so she did the other root as well. 1 year later the spot is still there and every time I go back they charge $125 every time you go back. Nothing changed but because of their process my insurance company would not pay for the re-evaluation. So they wrote it off but didn't tell me and continued to submit a bill and the finally it went thru but robbed me of my semi annual oral exam from my regular dentist. So two things my spot is still there after a year plus and the office will continue to bill you insurance in hopes to get paid stealing the payment from another insurance claim.Honestly I am super afraid as I will not go there because they are all about the money and if it didn't work will probably charge me another $1200 for more work.

The office staff are rude, the dental assistant rude the doctor herself is very nice however always seems rushed and does a rushed job. Had both my temp crowns fall out within hours of her putting them back on after a root canal. I have had numerous crowns never had this happen. She's also VERY stingy with the numbing medication. During root canal, I could feel everything she did but she had excuses. Charged upfront, I will say I am grateful for her being able to take me but even in that situation she got paid and I find it odd my dentist (best in Tampa) can put a temp crown on and never fall off or break but she does it and within hours it happens. I'll make sure to find another endo when I need help.

I could not be more impressed with Dr. Young and her team! The office is convenient and beautifully appointed. Receptionist and dental assistant were highly professional, pleasant, and mindful of COVID-19 protocol. My care was top-notch, Dr. Young is so compassionate and attentive, making sure I was as comfortable as possible during the root canal procedure. The "movies" glasses kept me calm and focused despite the procedure.

There are so many reasons to love this place! What it comes down to is I actually feel comfortable here. That is saying something because I have a huge fear of anything dental. The staff and the doctor are so sweet and always make sure I am ok. You can watch a movie with special glasses while they work on you and even get a blankey! They have helped me tremendously and I would recommend them to anyone! Dr.Young is honest, caring and very skilled. If you are looking for a great Endo then you should definately go here first. Even if you just need a 2nd opinion. Thank you for your care Dr.Young and staff!
