If I could give 0 stars I would. WOW. Never in my life have I had anyone talk over me. Tell me they do not care. Fabi the Office Manager. Flat out said She didn't care. I felt belittled. Do Not waste your precious time she hung up on me TWICE. flat out said "I am very busy, and do not have time to talk to you. " Please Review your customer service.

My experience with Dr. Diaz and his staff has been nothing short of exceptional. Coming from New England years ago, I've found it so difficult to find reliable and professional healthcare and dental care in South Florida. Maybe I have been unlucky, but I feel lucky to have landed here. I've been putting off my wisdom teeth extractions for years due to never seeing a dentist or surgeon I have felt comfortable with paired with my already strong nervousness about the whole procedure. When I came to Dr. Diaz, I knew I would bite the bullet and get it done there. Everything from my consultation to the procedure was excellent. I felt like they cared about my case, and were extremely knowledgeable too. I felt safe and like I could trust them. Either way, I was super nervous about going under (first time) and getting them removed, but the nurses and Dr. Diaz really made me comfortable before and after my procedure. The entire thing was a breeze. They did an excellent job, I'm healing very well, and I'm so glad I got this done with them! Also, I wish I knew the receptionists name that has mainly been helping me, but I've called with so many questions and she was helpful and kind to me all along. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend Dr. Diaz and his amazing team

My daughter had to get 4 teeth extracted for her braces. The doctor and staff were very attentive and profesional. The procedure was done in less than 20 minutes. She had no pain, and no swelling after. I received two follow up calls that evening from the nurse and the doctor to know how she was doing, and another call the next day. I rarely take the time to leave a review, but I was very happy with the service and the care which is very rare these days!

Beware of SHADY practices by this place* They ask for your medical insurance and dental insurance to bill for extra things, that are not needed to steal more money from your insurance. This is DENTAL* visit, more precise a consultation. I offered to be self-pay, they insisted on insurance information, guess why? To bill for things that are not needed. HAHA! You'll be amazed by how terrible the customer service is by the staff, they have broken english, make you repeat yourself and start screaming with broken english when they don't get what they want which are things that are not related to the visit. To Marcos Diaz: Your customer service team will destroy your hard work.

I had a horrible experience at this practice and would not recommend anyone to go there. I was referred by my dentist to Dr. Diaz to extract a wisdom tooth for both myself and my husband. I called back in early May to schedule an appointment and upon providing my dental insurance information, I asked if there was a fee associated with the consultation and I was told no. An emergency came up and I was unable to attend the initial appt. and rescheduled for the following month. I got a call a few days prior to my appt. to confirm that we would be in attendance and no payment information was disclosed. My husband and I arrived early to fill out the paperwork and I asked if there is a fee for the visit to be on the safe side. I was then told that because I did a panoramic X-ray within the past 5 years, the insurance would not cover it until after July of this year. I would therefor be required to pay $110.00. Bare in mind they had ample amount of time to verify this information prior to me coming. I told the nurse that I will not be able to make the payment and she told me that she will talk to the Doctor and see what she can do. Dr. Diaz was very pleasant and advised me to come back after July so that my insurance would cover it. I told him had I known in advance I would've been prepared to pay for the visit or scheduled it for a later time. He told me he was going find out what happened. The lady that I initially spoke to over the phone came in the room along with another lady and confirmed that she told me about the fee when I asked a few minutes before seeing the doctor. The other lady then proceeded to tell me that her staff wouldn't have made that mistake and it is noted on the paper that they told me back in May. She was very confrontational and very rude and took no accountability for the miscommunication that her staff made. I advised them that I will not be coming back after how she handled the situation and requested her name. She rudely said "why do you care? I run this office" only to find out that she is the wife of Dr. Diaz. Dr. Diaz and the hygienist were very pleasant but his wife was very unprofessional and should not be overseeing the front desk, as she does not know to conduct herself professionally when speaking to patients. She is the reason why I will not be returning.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Their staff is completely incapable of handling any insurance work. Constantly change the price for the procedure and then have the audacity to deal with the patient with attitude!! They can not be held accountable for their miscommunication/misinformation. By far the worst experience I've had with a dental office

Excellent doctor! Office staff absolutely the best. Dr Diaz performed major implant surgery for me while I was experiencing medical issues. He not only called my medical doctors to be sure the treatment plan would be okay and successful but his approach to me and my family allowed us to have confidence in his ability and that the procedures would be successful. Highly recommend him.

I can't even begin to express what a great experience my wisdom tooth extraction was. My top left wisdom popped out over this past Wednesday night and Soraya at the front desk helped me so much through the phone and got me in that Friday morning for the surgery. So sweet and took her time with me, and the other sweet ladies at the front desk were so kind (don't remember all the names but one had short blonde hair & the other had black longer hair) and they loved to make conversation. The girl that took my x-ray was also so sweet & had short black hair. Now for Dr. Diaz, he was heaven sent!!! Of course I was in so much pain, he took his time with me, and made sure I knew everything, and answered all of my mom & my questions honestly. Everyone was so fun and laughed. Wanda and Aracelis in the operating room were beyond kind and made me so comfortable talking to & caring for me. Wanda went over the instructions perfectly and made sure I was beyond safe. I appreciate everyone here so much. I knew I was in great hands when I walked through the door. Dr. Diaz was phenomenal and made sure he took care of me. He took out my top 2 wisdom teeth, one was out and one wasn't. He called 6 hours later to see how I was doing and they all made sure I had their 24 hour phone number in case of an emergency. I can go on and on. I was blessed my Dentist Dr. Craig Friedman referred me to Dr. Diaz. I can't even express how great this experience this was. I recommend him to anyone and everyone!!! Thank you all at this amazing facility for taking care of me and treating me as a human. I appreciate you all so much!!! Sincerely, Michele G.

My son just had 3 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Diaz. He was amazing. It is hard to get an appointment because he is very busy but we did it with plenty of time. My son has had minimal pain and swelling. The surgery was fast and price was very reasonable. Insurance covered a portion so it's all good. Would highly recommend him. Great experience.

Selfish physician, abusive towards staff, this man does not care about his patients, he is only concerned about financial gain. Stay away from this office and don't believe his sanctimony of good character, it is all a sham.
