Wish it could be zero stars. Went here for years and kept having "cavities". Finally something wasn't right and saw another dentist and guess what when she said I had many I had zero. Money hungry thief

I arrived a little early for my cap. I had one of two done. I had a good conversation with the dental assistant and then doctor came in to give me Novocain. She left so I could get numb. Then she came back and started drilling. It took a while to get the tooth ready for the crown build up. Next she did the crown build up. When that was done she did the impression to send to the lab. Finally she did the temporary crown and made sure that it was just right. It feels good to have something in the space and not have the jagged edges of the broken tooth to deal with. I made an appointment to come back and put the permanent cap on. I'm on my way to not having to worry about that tooth anymore. Then it will be on to the next one.

Going to the Dentist isn't one of my favorite things to do but Dr. Valente and her staff do a wonderful job of making it a pleasant experience. They do a wonderful job while making sure you're always comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Valente if you're looking for a new dentist or looking to replace your current dentist.

I arrived a little late and found out that my dental assistant was ready for me. We talked while she got the instruments out and put them on the table. Then the doctor came in, asked me to open my mouth and I showed her another tooth that has broken. She had the dental assistant take a picture of it and then gave me Novocain for my front two teeth. It was a little uncomfortable . She started to work on my front two teeth and everything went smoothly. She asked me to tell her if she was hurting me but she didn't. Then at the end she said I needed a crown on the tooth that broke. She was going to get an estimate from the insurance company for how much they would pay. She said they would let me know or if they contacted me first, I could call them. Everyone was very friendly in the office. It was like they were all family.

My husband and I are completely blown away by how kind, caring and conscientious Dr. Valente and her staff are. She took care of a dental emergency for my husband and is already working on a treatment plan to correct his teeth, which is something our previous dentist kept putting off. I am looking forward to having my first appointment with her. We are very fortunate to have found her.
