The staff had been wonderful and Anderson even helped financially by cutting the cost, but unfortunately at the expense of my health. After an extraction three years ago, I am still to this day suffering from TMJ disorder and constant tinnitus as a direct result of his shoddy dental work. Go for simple fillings and cleanings, but when it comes to major work, go elsewhere. Anywhere else.

I was always afraid of the dentist and hadn't gone in years. A cracked tooth forced me to go. I happened upon Dr. Anderson. I explained my fear of the dentist and he worked with me accordingly. I ended up with a crown and now I go to his office twice a year for my cleanings. The staff that I have experienced have all been very friendly and professional. My wife and daughter also go to Anderson Dental. As a family, we have been going there for over 10 years. I recommend them to anyone in need of a dentist.

We had the worst experience with Dr. Marc Anderson. Very bad dentist. Do yourself a favor think twice again if you are thinking about seeking his service. I took my 4 year old son to see Anderson. He put two stainless crowns on his two molars to protect his baby teeth. However, one crown fell off in less than one month. I took my son back to have it replaced, but Anderson was on vacation. His associate doctor tried to replace the crown. She was very incompetent and did not know what to do. She picked on his tooth causing it to bleed non-stop. She got so scared, she referred us to another pediatric dentist. (My son was treated as an emergency and we had to paid over $850 to fix the problem. ) When I call to ask for a partial refund of the sloppy work he had done, not only he arrogantly refused, he started insulting me. The worst yet to happen: the other molar was found so infected due Anderson's sloppy dental work. My son had gotten a huge abscess. I did not want to believe it. I took him to two reputable pediatric dentists to see if we can salvage his molar because he needs it for the next 6-7 years before new teeth coming in. Both dentists unanimously pointed out the infection was caused by prior poor sloppy dental work. Non of them can do anything but to extract it for fear the infection will harm the permeant tooth later on. The extraction was very pain even with the anesthesia my son struggled the whole time. At the end I had to spend over $3000 for the two teeth vs.the initial $600-$700 if Anderson was a good doctor. I can not even call him a doctor after what I have experienced with him. Only a crack he will fit.
