I have been to four oral surgeons in my lifetime, and Dr. Bienstock is hands down the best, most professional, and most talented. The other oral surgeons I visited had older equipment and asked for higher prices than what Dr. Bienstock charged. My procedure went perfectly and was painless. He kept me up to date about each step he was taking. Unlike the other oral surgeons, he had high-tech state of the art computer technology and other brand new equipment, so I knew I was getting the best in latest professional care. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Bienstock is incredible! After meeting him under the most awful midnight emergency room situation when my daughter (11) broke her jaw, he took excellent care of her and made the whole event much less painful for her and for me. Excellent communication and interactions, and just an overall wonderful office. I would never wish an injury like my daughter's on anyone, but I would certainly recommend Dr. Bienstock and his team if you needed them!

The office staff & Dr. Bienstock are so amazing! Everyone is so nice & nurturing..I loved how they explained everything to us & were very patient with all our questions & concerns. Amazing work along with great results!

Best place on the planet to have oral surgery. Let's face it- it's not exactly what you wanted to do with your time and money. But when you need it you need it. You need to go here. These people are nice, honest, and good at what they do. Dr. Bienstock and his staff get it done. Highly recommended.

I like Dr Bienstock. Im still healing, but the surgery went well. It's ironic the staff keep asking for my review. They were not so attentive during the course of my visits to have two implants done at the same time. They sent my RX to the wrong pharmacy. After waiting in line forever I was told that the meds were six miles down the road. It was late by then and I was in pain so i went without the antibiotics for a day (dangerous?) and at much time expense to me. Also, CVS charged $67 for Cipro. That could have been ordered up front from Amazon for $9. A heads up would have helped. I had surgery on Thursday and was told 'I'd be fine,' and the Dr told me he'd call to check in next day. He did not. I was in a lot of pain and no pain meds were given and no return call as promised. I spent four days in pain and called Monday to say I was worried about missing a day on Cipro and being in pain. No call back. On Tuesday when I called again the receptionist seemed to care not at all about my situation. She didn't care that I hadn't been attended to between Thursday and Tuesday. When I got in to see him he did prescribe Percocet - which was then called in wrong or something so I couldn't pick that up that night either. So from Thursday to the following Wednesday I was in pain and when I finally had a chance to explain the disappointment Dr Bienstock, he simply said 'ok, no problem'. But it was a problem! Where's the compassion? There's no reason he couldn't have been more attentive, checked in or given me better idea of how painful it would be- two implants on extra strength Tylenol only? I swallowed 20 Tylenol a day for a week! No one called the following day to check in (this was a $7000 bill- no check in? No call back for five days? My auto mechanic has more timely check ins) 2-3 codeine would have helped my weekend but what kills me is the 'oh well' attitude when I needed him, followed by nearly daily text messages asking for a review. Okay- here's my review. Sorry (for all of us) that it couldn't be higher. My advice? Hey staff... step it up a notch - get the right pharmacy and check to see if the Rx went through and when a patient calls over and over don't say, 'well I'll see if he can call you back' say 'oh no I'm so sorry to hear this, I can have him call you or you can wait on the line. We will do everything to make sure you're okay.' That kind of service would have gone a long way.

What a wonderful experience. We had absolute confidence in Dr Bienstock and the procedure he would perform on our son Vonn. Surgery was a success and Vonn was relatively pain free a day later. Thank you to Dr Bienstock and his warm staff.

I have had extractions, grafting and implants on some of my teeth over the years. Every time that I come here, I always get exceptional care! The staff is friendly, caring and highly professional. Recently I had 2 extractions with implants done by Dr. Bienstock. I had only minimal discomfort because of his great work and knowledge as he uses the latest technology during surgery. I'm feeling good on the next day! Dr. Bienstock and his staff are awsome!

Overall, I had a great experience with the staff and Dr. Bienstock. I had some complications after my surgery, but as soon as I expressed my concern, the staff arranged for me to be examined that day. The staff is very welcoming and genuine. I would recommend them for your Oral surgery needs.
