Ann is our Office Manager, but she is also our Insurance Coordinator. With over 20 years in the dental field, Ann is an insurance expert, and helps each patient understand their dental plan. She is skilled at maximizing your coverage, and will see to it that your visit is not only enjoyable, but affordable!

Sydney is our Front Office Administrator. She is very knowledgeable about matters pertaining to the front office. Sydney manages our public relations, and is our liaison between vendors, clients, and referring doctors. She really enjoys making our patients feel comfortable, and she is always warm, attentive, and considerate of our patients needs! Sydney is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Gabriela is a Certified Dental Assistant who really enjoys working alongside each of our doctors! Gabriela is extremely hardworking, always positive, and energetic! She will always go the extra mile to make a patient comfortable and content! She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Nicole is our Patient Care Coordinator, and is usually the first face you see when you walk through our door. Nicole truly enjoys the relationships she builds with our patients. She will be the one you turn to for the majority of your needs: From Phoning in your Prescription to Phoning your Uber!!

With over 35 years of experience in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, Dr. Mayo has mastered the art and technique of smile rehabilitation and reconstruction. Dr. Mayo is a graduate and former professor of Howard University, School of Dentistry. He continues to stay abreast of the latest procedures and technology in the field of dentistry.

Dr. Baker graduated from dental school in 2008 and served 4 years in the US Army. Since then, she has enjoyed private practice, building personal relationships while restoring patients to dental health. She and her husband Andrew, who is also a dentist, have three young children. Dr. Baker loves to cook, read, and travel, and when she is not at work, volunteers doing dentistry for military members, veterans, and retirees.

Dr. Kim is a graduate of the esteemed Rutgers University School of Dental Medicine. He is a highly skilled dentist, trained in oral surgery and implantology. Dr. Kim was recently accepted as a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Impantologists.

Dr. Franois Dsinor was born and raised in Haiti and moved to the United States at the age of 18. He completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Queens College City University of New York and a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Howard University College of Dentistry. Dr. Franois Dsinor further expanded his education through residency program and attained a certificate of Advanced Education in General Dentistry from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Franois Dsinor is well versed and trained in several disciplines of dentistry, including pain and anxiety control, TMJ dysfunction, restorative dentistry, endodontics, fixed and removable prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral and maxillofacial surgery, periodontics and emergency care. Dr. Franois Dsinor believes that dentistry is about growth, prosperity and compassion. By getting to know our patients and understanding their concerns, we create an efficient and family-oriented environment where the best dental care is rendered.

Outside of the clinic, You can always find Dr. Franois Dsinor running or biking around the nations capital. Traveling, sports and hiking are among his favorite hobbies. He is also a good soccer and tennis player, should the occasional challenge arise!
