Dr. Arash Khorsand grew up in Los Angeles, California where he lived with his parents and one sibling. Doctor Khorsand received his post high school education at UCLA with a Major in Neuroscience and a Minor in Economics. Dr. Khorsand continued his academic pursuits and earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry, graduating with High Honors from Boston University in 2004.

Upon receiving his Doctorate, Dr. Khorsand attended the prestigious Maxillofacial Surgery Fellowship at Boston University Medical Center. The Advanced Education in Oral surgery trained Dr. Khorsand to be exceptionally proficient and skilled in all aspects of surgical extraction, Bone Grafting and Oral Implantology. Dr. Khorsand then worked as an associate dentist in two practices in the Boston area, treating patients with gentle care and respect, prior to being recruited by a former Boston Unversity alumni to the Imperial Valley where he established Khorsand Dental Group. He has been serving the community since 2005.

His proficiency in all aspects Oral and Dental Surgery combined with his personal dedication and care has been recognized by the community and his fellow colleagues. Dr. Khorsand's has been selected as America's Top Dentist in 2009, 2010, 2011 and was recognized and published by Leading Physicians of the World in 2011. His highly-trained skills in Cosmetic Dentistry have improved the smiles and lives of many people throughout his years of practice. In his professional capacity, he treats children, adults, and seniors with any dental and oral health needs. Throughout the years, Dr. Khorsand has consistently proven to his patients that he is an understanding, caring, and patient dentist offering them virtually-pain-free care. He listens carefully to each patient's personal needs and focuses on oral care and treatments that go well beyond just the teeth.

Dr. Mahshid Fahandeza grew up in Milan, Italy where she lived with her parents and one sibling. After elementary school, her family moved to Atlanta, Georgia. She continued her Middle and High School education in Atlanta and obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Georgia State University. Dr. Fahandeza continued her academic pursuits and earned her D.M.D., graduating Magna Cum Laude from Boston University in 2007.

Upon receiving her D.M.D., Dr. Mahshid Fahandeza completed additional training in orthodontics under the mentorship of world-renowned orthodontist, Dr. Don McGann and the prestigious institute of Progressive Orthodontics. The Advanced Education in Orthodontics trained Dr. Fahandeza to be exceptionally proficient and skilled in all aspects of orthodontics.

Dr. Mahshid Fahandeza's mission is to deliver excellent orthodontic treatment to each and every patient. She is equally devoted to providing a friendly, caring and fun atmosphere that will ensure her patients feel relaxed and confident about placing their orthodontic care in her hands.
