"She is a diamond in the ruff" This was my second time visiting Dr. Mahrouz Cohen's office for a root canal. The office staff is professional, courteous and helpful. The office is very clean and sanitized making me feel very comfortable to be there. I have had a terrifying dental experience in my childhood that makes it very difficult for me to feel comfortable with dental work. Dr. M. Cohen put my worries and my fears at ease by explaining the procedure in detail and walking me through the process step by step. Dr. Mahrouz Cohen had shown me patience and compassion by asking me throughout the procedure if I can feel any pain or discomfort. The music that was playing in the background was the best playlist I have heard in a long time...a mix of classic- pop & rock. Let me add, the view from my chair was spectacular, a Million Dollar view from the 12th floor. (Encino Hills) , everything you need to take your mind off of the procedure. We're so great-full to have found Dr, Cohen, she's an amazing Endodontist very patient and so caring. After taking my mom two other specialist who were so scared to touch my mom's tooth because of a very badly done root canal we finally found Dr. Cohen, my mom was in so much pain when I took her there, she patiently explained step by step and and comforted her, by the time she finished it she was already feeling so much better and the next day she was back to normal with no pain what so ever, we are very pleased with her, I hope no one spends time to look for the best Doctor in town, THIS IS THE PLACE, please don't waste your time go to her, and no where else, and your amazing helper she's also one of a kind. Dr. Mahrouz Cohen came highly recommended by a top oral surgeon. I highly recommend Dr. Cohen to my friends and family or anyone . She is not only so highly qualified and a lovely person. The treatment was pain free which was unbelievable. I have several root canals and they have all been successfully treated. I was at her office 2014 and came back again for another tooth. The experience is pleasant. Front desk was wonderful. Wonderful personality. I would return if I have another Root Canal Therapy. In my book I find their office to be the only place to go.

I had a most positive experience being in Dr. Cohen's care for a recent root canal procedure. She has years of experience, great confidence and expertise in what she does. Moreover, Dr. Cohen has a human comforting touch in her relations with her patients. She is very thorough in explaining the procedure in great detail to make sure that the patient is fully aware of its effects, being open and honest with them as to what one might expect as the procedure's consequences. She and her staff put you at ease and make sure that the whole process is as painless and comforting as possible. I would recommend Dr. Cohen without reservations to anyone who requires an endodontist's expertise in the area.

Dr. Cohen is an amazing Endodontist. She is informative and professional. Root canal procedure sounds scary but it was smooth and painless thanks to Dr. Cohen. Karla is also very helpful and kind. I really appreciate them.

I got referral to Dr. Cohen from my primary dentist for a pain that I was having, from a recent tooth canal. I was super scared that the pain wouldn't go away or that the procedure would be painful. But let me tell you once Dr. Cohen started to treat my tooth, pain was gone and the procedure was pain free. Dr Cohen and her assistant karla are the best people who make you feel welcomed and cared for. I would highly recommend her.

I recommend Dr. Mahrouz Cohen for root canal therapy.This was my 1st time here, I called in with emergency pain.she is a very professional and smart Endodontist.The staff specially Karla was great.

Dr. Mahfouz is so wonderful! The space she has created has a calming yet professional vibe. She had playing in the background and created a soothing space for her patients. She walks you through every step of the way to make sure that you understand the work that she is doing on you and why she is doing it. She works efficient and she is a true professional. She has a sense of humor which I love! Dr. Mahrouz and Karla were so friendly and I felt so safe and taken care of!

Had two - yes count them two - root canals taken care of by Dr. Cohen over a couple of session. She is simply wonderful: kind, caring and a pro at what she does. If I could give her more stars I would have :)

Dr. Cohen is so amazing! I went to 2 dentist and 1 specialist before being referred to Dr. Cohen. She saved my life and my tooth. I came to her for a retreat on a root canal that was infected so bad. She found additional roots (ppl normally have 2), cleaned the abscess on my gum from the infection and saved my tooth. I was the only patient there, she took her time and I didn't feel a thing! Karla is so sweet and made me feel at home. Ive been raving about her ever since my first treatment. I can't thank her enough.

This Endodontist is amazing- she has the best bedside manner. I'm usually quite anxious in the dental chair, and Dr Cohen made my root canal experience so easy! She is very intuitive when giving the anesthesia shot to the gum- she told me she was watching my body language and was slowing down as my body indicated that I was experiencing any discomfort. I would not go anywhere else for a root canal after this positive experience!

I recommend Dr. Cohen for root canal therapy. I came in with a really bad tooth infection that caused my face to swell. I had a previous root canal that was problematic. Dr. Cohen retreated it and went beyond to save my tooth. It was during the holidays and Dr. Cohen made time for me. She treated me right away and prescribed medication. The swelling went away within a few days. She continued to see me until I was fully recovered even post surgery and the process was pain free. Dr. Cohen and her assistant, Carla, were gentle, very sweet, and willing to work with me. I would highly recommend for any root canal/surgery.

This was my 1st time here, I called in with emergency pain and I was able to be seen the same day. Dr Cohen was amazing and very detail oriented in explaining and showing me exactly what was going on. I felt no pain during procedure and very comfortable. There is no place I would have rather had a root canal done than here. I highly recommend this 5 star one of a kind service. Great personality and hospitality as well as the wonderful skill set maker her a true gem . Thank you!!

10/10 definitely recommend! I was referred to Dr. Cohen by my primary dentist for a root canal and crown lengthening surgery. I was a little afraid but was assured I was in great hands. Dr. Cohen and staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The office is clean and welcoming. There is even a pretty cool view from your chair (office is on the 12th floor). The procedure and recovery was flawless and I could not be happier with the results!

Dr. Cohen is the best surgeon for root canals. She is the specialist other dentists refer you to, because she has earned the reputation for taking the toughest cases, just like mine. She carefully took the time, over multiple sessions, to preform the root canal and ensure that there was no lasting infection. She is kind, gracious and most importantly, it didn't hurt and I am so grateful to her for that. If you need to make sure your root cancel is done correctly, and you want to avoid any pain, don't consider any other dentist. Thank you so much Dr. Cohen. I am so happy with what you did for me.

Great service ACTUALLY..BEST SERVICE EVER...Dr Cohen has the softest touch. She took great care of my issue and explained everything to me...she calmed my nerves and anxiety...after my procedure, I anticipated pain however due to her soft touch and numbing, pain was very minimal... Karla at the front desk is also very professional and kind..she explained my benefits and the cost with no hidden agenda... I don't want another issue, however if it happens, I know right where to go...

Wow! What an amazing Endodontist as well as staff. My mother went here for a root canal recently and had the best experience. Dr. Cohen has many years of experience behind her with root canals and oral sergeries. She is very gentle and comforting to all her patients. My mother felt very anxious and nervous at the beginning, but Dr Cohen immediately made her feel comfortable by explaining the procedure before and during the process. That put a lot of ease for my mother. The second visit was even easier for my mother. If you experience high anxiety whenever you see an Endodontist, Dr Cohen is definitely the Endodontist you need to see because she will make you feel relaxed before and during your procedure. You will be in good hands with Dr Cohen.
