Avoid "Dr." Chopra at all costs. Terrible attitude, very rude, and will mess your teeth up if he doesn't like your insurance company. Went in for a small cavity, he basically glued two of my teeth together with filler that doesn't remotely match or look halfway decent at all. his assistant handled sterile tools with her bare hands right after touching door handles and other unclean surfaces. A couple months later it fell out and I swallowed a massive jagged piece of filling material. If he keeps this up, judging by other reviews and word of mouth, I wouldn't be surprised if he starts getting hit with lawsuits. He does not take pride in his work but acts like a king who's patients are not worthy of decency. Thank you, "Dr." Chopra. I'll make sure to spread the good news to anyone who will listen!

When I came to the office years ago, I was happy with my experiences. When I went to the office a couple months ago with severe tooth pain thinking that a filling fell out, and waiting for 30 minutes to be seen, he barely looked at my tooth and said that I was wrong- suggesting only sensitive toothpaste. Cut to me having an er visit, finding a new dentist and needing a root canal. I've also had 3 different fillings that he did fall out/ break. I do not suggest anyone go to his office- especially if you need more than a cleaning.

Visited his Hyde Park location in Cincinnati, Ohio. The other negative reviews are unfortunately the same experience I had. I had an appointment scheduled for several weeks or more. The intake lady that scheduled asked for my insurance provider. At no point did she say Dr. Chopra wasn't seeing new patients with my insurance. The day of my appointment I arrive and start filling out my information. I was then told by the receptionist that Dr. Chopra is not accepting new patients. The doctor then comes out to the waiting room and proceeds to become very rude with me. He did not care one bit that he wasted my time with a breakdown of communication. I wasted my time, and gas money coming to see this quack. He was the only person in my network or I would have heeded these negative reviews already on Google. This doctor talks down to people like they are beneath him and acts like a total elitist. I would have expected a rude doctor in a big city but not here. Please take my advice and stay far far away.

Terrible dentist office. My daughter was seen here and they told me I needed to take her to another dentist in Middletown. They said they would send over the referral. They didn't. I called 5 or 6 different times and just got a run around. Each time they said they would fax the referral over but never did. Went to a different dentist.

I wouldn't even give this place one star! I was in the waiting room for about hour and watched so many people come in the door and called back before I was seen. I tried to schedule a cleaning while waiting and was informed they do not have an hygienist, that my name would be placed on the list for when they do!? I went in for my Right side molar having infection. After Dr. Chopra reviewing my x-rays, he said it was only my left molar infected and would need a root canal (I knew my Right molar was causing pain though.) I asked him if he could just pull it and he was very rude to me, as if my decision didn't matter, and told me to find a Dentist to do root canal that it's not hard, then rushed me out! I went to get second opinion, an hour away, a real good Dentist and my x-rays did show both molars highly infected and more unfortunately! Also they did offer a cleaning! Don't waste your time, energy, or money! I work in the health care and I would never treat patients like this. Dr. Chopra and staff is very unprofessional and questionable!

I am new to the area and was searching for a dentist and found Dr Chopra. I was told he has to have a consult before I can have a cleaning, ok whatever that's fine. I scheduled my appt for 8 AM 1 other person was there before me, 2 people came in after me.. the people that came in after me were taken back before me, I sat in the waiting room until 8:55! I asked the receptionist why everyone was going back before me and how much longer it would be as I had to work. She came back and let me know that they were just getting the previous people seated and that they would be calling me. I got called back, I sat down, and was told I needed to get X-rays, after X-rays I went back to the room and the Dr asked if I had any concerns. I advised I had braces for 6 years and that I'm missing a tooth and have had lots of bonding and my teeth keep spacing.. he said "you'll have to see an orthodontist for that" this was something I obviously knew.. but you have to be referred to an orthodontist. All while he was talking to me behind my back where I couldn't see him. He didn't shake my hand or introduce himself. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He then looked at my teeth and said how good they looked and to just continue brushing..he didn't look at my X-rays with me? How did he know I didn't have cavities or other issues? I thought this is why consults are done? He then told me I was done and sent me on my way, didn't tell me I could schedule my appt for a cleaning or anything so on my way out I told the receptionist that I needed to schedule a cleaning and she told me they didn't have a hygienist that she quit and that she has a list of names she will add me to and will call me when they get one???? What the heck was the point in my appt?? It was a complete waste of my time and didn't help me in any way? Highly dissatisfied and WOULD not recommend to anyone.

Big ego. Poor bedside manner. I told him I felt like I had nerve damage after an extraction. He insisted I had chewed on my lip and it would pass. 2 years later I have permanent nerve damage and the fillings he put in are coming loose.

An all around bad expierence. I personally will never go back to this dentist. He acted very rude and annoyed with me when I let him know that I wasn't numb and I felt him drilling on my tooth. He assured me that I was "adequately numb". He stopped in the middle of the visit and told me that I'm just going to have to set a second appointment, that he had time but that I looked uncomfortable. Of course I was uncomfortable, I'm terrified of dentists in general and I wasn't completely numb. I explained to him that I would rather keep going so I dont have to go through this again. This is all after waiting in the waiting room for 45 mins after my appointment time. I left and won't be returning. They were also disclosing a patients poor hygiene in the waiting room infront of other patients. It was unprofessional to say the very least.

Im terrified of the dentist, I've had so many negative experiences. But Dr. Chopra is amazing, super awesome staff that make you feel very comfortable. This place is a judgment free zone, no matter what. btw the receptionist is amazing she's a very friendly person, a perfect person to have as the first impression of the office.

My time at Dr. M. Chopra's office was great I got there signed in and it was no more than 5 minutes and they were calling me back. Went to the back sat in the chair he gave me the numbing shot which I did not feel let it get all numb and away he went fixing 2 filling that fell out and in no time he was done with that I walked in the office at 1:34pm and walked out the office at 2:04pm and he done a great job.
