I'm not a fan of anyone going into my mouth to fix my teeth. Dr. Portuondo makes it as best as I've had. Quick. Almost painless (not his fault). Concerned how I'm doing. He personally follows up the same night after the procedure with a phone call asking how i feel. That's old school. His office is immaculately clean. The assistances are very professional. Let's hope the fairy tooth angel has taken enough from me and I don't need to go back in the future.

I was recommended to Dr. Portuondo by several people and I see why this was definitely the place to go. This office is amazing. The experience is pleasant from beginning to end. The office is beautiful, the staff is professional and kind and Dr. Portuondo has excellent bedside manners. I have always been very nervous when it comes to my visits to the dentist. Now, the idea of an extraction was terrifying and in my mind there was no other option for me and my fear than to do it under sedation. Doctor Portuondo patiently explained to me the process and made me feel comfortable and confident enough to do it with only local anesthesia. And exactly as he said it would be, in less than two minutes he was done. No pain or weird sensations. He is amazing!!! And his assistants are so sweet and patient. I am so happy I'm not only done with the extraction, but this visit helped me overcome my biggest fear. :) Words cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Portuondo and his staff.
