Thought it was appropriate to reprimand me in front of my son for not making him a dentist appointment sooner. Unfortunately dentists are expensive and not everyone has dental insurance. Im bless to be in a better place today then when he was younger so we can afford a dentist now. Should consider things like this before embarrassing a father in front of his son.

Scam like business model. Held an appointment for two weeks to then say they couldn't see me without additional X-rays not covered by insurance. I scheduled to have a cleaning but they said after the exam they "may or may not" give the cleaning scheduled based on exam analysis. Don't waste your time. Also called my insurance, what they said my insurance wouldn't cover; was covered.

I have been going there for years and have never experienced any of the problems that others have posted about. People complaining they take a lunch break or don't work 40 hours a week? haha. Pretty sure a business can set its own hours. I have never had a billing issue and the staff has always been friendly and easy to work with. I have rescheduled several times and never once had an issue.

I have had only positive experiences at this office the last 2 years. Dr. Wellman is very professional and the staff are always accommodating.

I cannot speak on Dr. Lynn Wellman. My experience didn't pass the front office. The office gal is not healthy for the business. The level of rude and complete disrespect and unprofessional behavior only left me feeling that this IS NOT the place for me and my family. I get better customer service at the gas station. My appointment was scheduled as a cleaning only, as I and my family have already had "the works" done in the summer. After I arrived, I was told our appointments would be canceled if we didn't at least get X-rays. I replied with OK and then asked for confirmation that they are cancelled (because I read in a new review that morning that they cancel appointments and then have you pay!!!). She refused with several eye rolls and said "they are cancelled, they are taken care of". Never heard a greeting the 15 minutes I was there. I would NEVER recommend to ANY friends, family enemies. Stay away from this place!

Me and my son have been going here for years now. They are amazing. The staff is very friendly and professional. They will work with your schedule and help you get the best possible appointment. I really disliked going to the dentist for the longest time but honestly now I don't mind.

Me and my wife came to Dr. Wellman's office because we were wanting more of a family dentist. Dr. Wellman herself was a good dentist and we were happy. After a year going, my wife couldn't make a scheduled cleaning. I told her to make sure she canceled the appointment, but she forgot. A week or so later we got a $50 bill for the missed appointment. I was surprised at the high amount. We were told if we didn't cancel that there would be a fee, but it didn't say how much. For about the next month I played phone tag back and forth with the office trying to pay by credit card over the phone. Most of the time I had to leave messages or was told the person who handles payments would call me back. After a month or so, Covid hit and the Dr. Wellman's office phone said it was disconnected. I assumed they were closed like so many other places due to the shutdown that I set the bill aside until they reopened. I eventually get a bill in the mail saying they tacked on a $45 dollar late fee onto the original bill. I was shocked. I couldn't believe they would do that in the middle of the pandemic when I thought they were closed. I sent my credit card information in with a letter explaining I thought they were closed and asked them to drop the late fee due to the misunderstanding. I saw today they took the full $95 out on the credit card. My wife and I were pretty upset about the way the situation was done. We'll be looking for another dentist when the shutdown lifts. I would avoid this dentist office. I wish I had read reviews on here as it would appear my issue is not isolated. Dr. Wellman was a nice dentist who did a good job. It's a shame she lets such unforgiving billing practices affect her business.

The dentist was very nice however the staff is dishonest. The receptionist told me my appointment was at a totally different time than what I scheduled then charged me $75. $75, are you kidding me!!!!! I still have the voicemail confirming my appointment with the time. I won't be going back but I have a feeling that's what they wanted.

Everyone is very caring and professional. They tell you what they are doing as they work on you which is appreciated! They are also great with kids and make them feel at ease during procedures. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed! Facility is NOT available 40 hours per week. Heaven forbid you phone during their lunch hour. The receptionist, Renee, is Snarky. The decline of service!! I had a $2.50 bill after insurance. Shame on me for thinking I could pay on my next visit. Late fee was an additional $45 !
