As the Office Manager for Dr.Lula Tsegay my job is to oversee the office operations and I am committed to making our patients and their families experience in our office a positive one! I joined Dr. Tsegay dental office in 2016 and have over 9 years of dental experience and over 14 years of customer service. Before I became an employee i was a patient from Dr. Tsegay for over 21 years. i am also Fluent in Spanish and English.
My name is Imelda and I have been part of Dr. Lula Tsegay dental office for over 18 years but have over 25 years of experience in the back office area. I am also fluent in Spanish and English. My favorite part of my job would be being able to ease our patients' minds during treatment, and seeing all of the amazing outcomes that we are part of every day we come to work!
My name is Jessica and I joined the awesome team here at Dr. Lula Tsegay dental office In March 2017. I graduated from Carrington college and since i was a little girl i wanted to work in the dental field. I am also fluent in Spanish and English. My favorite part of my job is meeting new people every day and I love that each day I learn something new. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and going to the Gym.

Dr. Lula Tsegay is friendly and so is her staff. She did a thorough job helping me after months before I fractured my jaw. She's clean complete and informs me of the process. I trust her and feel comfortable.

Dr Tsegay is my sister's dentist. My sister has disabilities and Dr Tsegay is very kind and accommodating with her. She really cares and takes the extra effort to address my sister's needs.

First of all I want to say the service was great we had no trouble doing a walk in service for my son who had a few broken baby teeth that needed to be removed. The staff was very caring and treated us with care and respect. I really enjoyed my experience there although it would be nice if they took certain insurance carriers like medical. But I gotta say since I payed for the services I don't think their prices were that high but I thank the doctor for her and the staffs great service.

I was really surprised how the Dr installed my new tooth. It's fits perfect. She didn't even made a little adjustment or cut. I feel really great with the new tooth. Thanks Dr Lula and the team

I have been Dr. Lula's patient for almost a decade and she has been very understanding and helpful all the time through. What I like most about her is that she takes ample time to explain everything in detail before she starts the work. That makes me feel easy and relaxed. Her enthusiasm for her work is also amazing. Very friendly and caring.
