I am a 63 year old who's fear kept me from obtaining cars for way too long. Today I walked out of this office with a brand new smile. I truly cried when I looked in the mirror. I will never go to any other dentist than the office if dr gross and his associates. State of the art equipment and catering professionals. Kudos

if you are scared of the dentist or just uneasy about the dentist in general this is the perfect practice to be able to leave your worries at the door- Dr.Gross has such an amazing approach, very accommodating as well as all the staff under him. highly recommend this practice if you are shopping for dentists.

I've been going to Dr. Gross for two years now and every time I have an appointment, I always leave in a great mood! Everyone in the office is friendly, empathetic, and personable. Before 2015, I hadn't gone to a dentist in over 10 years partially due to fear and shame. Not once have I felt guilty or anxious here even though I've had to get more than a couple fillings done! On top of that, they're always playing the best music and have really engaging murals/posters to stare at while you're laying there with your mouth a jar.

Great dentists, horrible office staff and billing. I found this office through my insurance website and asked as well when I made the appointment if they were in-network. At the appointment I again stressed if they were in-network (why would I pay it if pocket for cleanings and x-rays when my insurance covers them 100%) and I was told my daughter was covered. My appointment was a few weeks later as well as my daughter filling. They had yet to file any of the claims (they were not put through to the insurance until a month and a half after our appointments) so I was unaware they were just stacking up a bill against us. When I did receive the bill the office staff told me they do not check insurance coverage and never would have told me our visits were covered, every dentist I've been to for 12 year with this insurance and 6 years for my daughter tells us at the visit or when making the appointment if they are in-network or not, but apparently at his office they do not. The dentists my daughter and myself saw are still listed online as an in-network dentist AT THIS OFFICE but the office staff have Dr. Gross as the provider since he owns the business and this is not covered. I have been calling between the dentist office and my insurance and the dentists office always denies what the insurance is telling me. When I spoke with Kris in their office today regarding the billing she told me we have already spoken 3 times and she's hanging up!!! HORRIBLE to do business with, which is unfortunate for the wonderful dentist they have there.

Best dentist around and I've tried many in the Worcester area. Many good dental assistants work there as well. I have referred family and friends there and they are also pleased.
