She was professional and good with my 3 year old granddaughter on the first visit BUT not so great with her the 2nd time AND the filling she had done on her 2 front teeth came out in just a few weeks. I DO NOT recommend this dentist anymore.

Lori done wonderful extracting my tooth. I never felt a single thing, unlike some other dentist I've been to in the past. She also got me in on very short notice, so I'm definitely grateful!

Loved the service at first. Then dentist didn't show up for our appointment for aching tooth extraction. Left numerous voice mails on all of the numbers provided never got a call back. The tooth that was pulled by the dentist at this clinic has some parts that were left in my gum and it's still very painful after several months. Tried to call the dentist for advice on what to do. Never got a call back for my Voicemail. Horrible customer service experience

The dentist seems to work alone so the wait can be in the longer side. But she is always really nice and works w me.

She is the worst dentist I have ever seen practice. Extremely rude and inconsiderate, does not care to make you feel comfortable whatsoever. Whatever you do, do not bring your child here. She twist and turns their heads if they are struggling while working on them and he gets super frustrated with children. You are better off working on your own teeth than go here.

I was skeptical at first because of reviews, but I am glad I decided to see Dr. Petree. She was pleasant and very knowledgeable. She did an awesome job cleaning my teeth. I'll be back for sure!

Extremely thankful for Dr. Petree. She took my husband in on a Saturday for a dental emergency when no other offices would. Very respectful and caring. She walked us through his procedure and explained to us the aftercare. Definitely would recommend.

Great facility And extra nice people , Lori Petree the dentist does great work and goes out of her way to make sure your not in any pain etc. love how I don't have to take off work during the week to go to the dentist because she is open on saturdays !!! Trust me they do excellent work and great prices too !!!!

My husband went there Monday to have his tooth pulled. The dentist took his insurance and walk him to the door. Did not ask for payment or anything. Then the dentist mother calling my husband saying you owe us money . He tried to explain she took his insurance and walk him to the door. He could not even get the words out of his mouth that he would come by today to pay before she yelled we are taking you to court. I called the dentist and ask how much does my husband owe she said I don't know but you need to pay . She said i am the dentist mother and you need to pay then hung up the phone. I called back again I have my co workers listen and heard her 3 times I called how rude ugly she was to me . Still don't know how much we owe. Never seen or been talk to like that from a dentist before not a place I recommend to anybody.

I had been here previously and the customer service was so good that I referred my mother there. After questioning the prices the receptionist got an attitude and even hung up on me three times. Needles to say the appointment that was scheduled for my mother was cancelled and neither her or I will be going back. Very poor customer service and the receiptionist gave me a racist vibe..

My family has been going here for 2 years to have work done. Called today to schedule and appt for my husband to have a painful tooth pulled.. When I asked if she could get him in this friday or Saturday bc he was in pain ( which she has always fit us in by if t here was an emergency) she rudely cut me off with NO. didnt offer to tell me wgen she could get him in. After I asked when the next time she could see him it was 9 days away.. She asked what insurance we had and I told her self pay she informed me we would have to have between 200.00 and 250.00 which is a 100% to 150% increase from what we had been paying. Then when I asked her about it she got rude with me again and hung up on me... What has happened to this place???

Terrible customer service. Made appts for Saturday's which was convenient except had to wait over an hour on 3 separate occasions before my daughter would finally be called back. She complained of tooth pain long after the recovery time for a filling and then the tooth broke. Also, I do not recommend any dentist that the parent cannot go back with the child. Work may not get done properly and in this day and age it's simply unwise.
