All I got from this place was a failed root canal and pain. NEVER EVER going to return. Had to go to a different clinic so they could fix the painful mistake you guy's made.

I went to various dentists in the area for help with tooth pain I was experiencing. Thankfully, I went to a dentist who referred me to Dr. Long for a root canal. Very professional, friendly, and informative. Dr. Long was phenomenal and his staff were amazing. I went from suffering with constant pain for 6 months to being able to eat and live in peace. Would recommend Dr. Long for anyone who needs a root canal. Can't thank Dr. Long enough!

Terrible absolutely does not care about the patients. I get it, it's how he makes a living but that's all the patients are to him is dollar signs. Was insisting on a root canal for a second opinion and was advised other wise.

Dr. Long is great at what he does. I had a root canal that was bothering me so my new dentist at the time sent me to a specialist. Come to find out that the previous (Franchise Office) Dr. left a small piece of file behind. Dr. Long was able to save the tooth that a previous dentist had worked on and gave me 10+ years out of it. Thank you Dr. Long, you are appreciated. Can't thank you enough.

I received a collection on my credit report from this office After calling to try to understand what this was for the receptionist told me they sent 3 letters back in 2018 the an address from 5 years ago and then sent to collections I asked why instead she of waisting time sending 3 letters to an obviously wrong address she did not make one phone call? She was nasty and said she does not have time to make phone calls. BTW this was for an appt I did not even know I had? $125 for a cancellation fee rip offs!

AVOID THIS "DOCTOR" AT ALL COSTS!!!! Is truly beyond rude and horribly unprofessional. Messed up my mothers work and left her entire face bruised. We had to go to another dentist (who said his work was terrible) to fix all of his mistakes. I urge you to avoid this guy and search for another option, do not make the same mistake we did, read the reviews before having a procedure.

Avoid this place at all costs. Treated me absolutely horribly. The doctor actually raised his voice at me (to the point of yelling) several times over an appointment less than ten minutes long. This was over the fact I couldn't "open my mouth correctly" and because I took medicine the night before due to being in excruciating pain. He was extremely unprofessional and absolutely terrible. The front staff was also rude and unprofessional. Again, stay away from this place and definitely go somewhere else. Absolutely HORRIBLE, unhelpful and ridiculously expensive.

DO NOT GET A ROOT CANAL FROM DR. LONG. This man messed me up. I've been in extreme physical pain ever since he did my root canal 2 years ago. Ever since then I've had constant throbbing, severe jaw pain on the tooth he worked on, everything I do and everywhere I go I carry this pain with me... I've been to 3 different dentists and 3 different endodontists, to see what actually went wrong and only one was able to tell me that he's positive the root canal was done wrong, and how he misused the "bite block", and when he pried my jaw open past full extension, kept it there for an hour from start - finish, when he took it out my jaw was locked open. A regular doctor checked it out and said the muscle / tendon area is just destroyed from that and it's a "healing process" that takes time but it has been almost 3 years now and it's still throbbing to this day. I can't do anything in life without the pain being there. The best part, is those multiple dentists / endodontists that have checked it out said I didn't even need a root canal in the first place. So there's just proof he just wanted some extra cash and doesn't care about his patients. Long H Le is the most passive-aggressive person with this situation, the massive ego-type attitude should not be in this field of medical work. The reason I am writing this review now, three and 1/2 years later is because I am currently yet again, setting up another appointment to see another dentist to have the same tooth checked out because the pain has gotten worse than ever now. DO NOT GET A ROOT CANAL FROM DR. LONG

Great service. Quick, calm and answered all of my questions. I needed a root canal and felt no pain. I almost fell asleep on the chair. Would highly recommend. I did have a little trouble finding the office, so plan it out a little better than me.

I want in for a root canal consultation. I was afraid that there would be a lot of pain. He told me that I would experience pressure but no pain. There was no pain. Not one bit. His prices are quite reasonable, too. Nice guy who calls you himself, not his staff, to follow up to see how you are doing after the procedure. Root canals are not high on my list of favorite things, but if I had to do it again, I would return to Dr. Le.

I had a root canal done by Dr Le about 3 years ago and he did a great job. I had to go back for the other side but he recommended to have it taken out and an implant prosthesis placed instead as there was a possibility that the infection could come back in the future if I got a root canal now. Dr Le does not do extractions or implants, it was just his professional opinion that was in my best interest long term instead of his (root canal/crown). I really appreciated that and thought I share that with everyone. I trust and recommend Dr Le.

I have had two root canals by Dr. Le. Both time things went great! No pain at all. He is very professional and his staff is also professional. A couple other things I liked were, one, I called very early one morning and Dr. Le himself answered the phone and was very friendly with me and secondly, the doctor did not hesitate to give me medication prior to my procedure to help me relax. I highly recommend him!

the worst experience you can have with a dentist is if it is scary to see them more with the mistreatment and the abrupt manner with which it hurts the people and also their receptionists pessimistic help, I recommend it for nothing

Amazingly gentle and fast. I was really apprehensive with this root canal because I had never had a root canal before. Dr. Le was amazing! Professional and caring. I would definitely recommend him to anybody. He makes a bad situation into a great one. Thank you again Dr.
