From a very young age dentistry has shaped the type of person I have become. I grew up running around my fathers dental office in rural Wisconsin. However, not every visit to his office was fun and games. On the last day of school in the fourth grade, I broke my two front teeth. Over the next 20 years, I experienced nearly every possible dental procedure. As the years went by, I noticed how important my smile was to my self-image and confidence. I realized the great gift dentistry provides. When youre no longer embarrassed by your teeth, youre always ready to smile.
My desire to help others address their similar dental issues aided me in my decision to attend dental school. Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston gave me the tools and knowledge to help improve the smiles and confidence of others. I know that each individual has a unique situation. As a result, at Three Rivers Dental I strive to ensure that my patients feel comfortable sharing their stories and challenges so together we can create a personalized treatment plan that meets their goals.
As a dental professional, I must stay up-to-date with current treatment options including the latest technology, procedures, and materials. I regularly participate in continuing dental education and advanced skills training at seminars across the country. This enables me to provide my patients with the highest quality of care.
Upon graduating from Tufts, I initially worked as an associate dentist at Dr. Richard Farinas practice in the Lakes Region. After three great years of treating patients at his practice, I pursued my dream and opened my own practice, Three Rivers Dental, in Greenland, NH.
We currently reside in Stratham, NH and when we are not working, we spend as much time outdoors as possible. We both love the water and enjoy boating, swimming, and water skiing. I value a healthy balance between my passion for dentistry and spending time with my family and friends.

I recently moved here from Atlanta Georgia and was looking for a dentist near my neighborhood. I found Three Rivers Dental. The office environment is clean, comfortable. Amanda the Hygienist is friendly, courteousness and very professional. Dr. Reilly listens, answers questions and explained every part of the procedure he is about to perform. I certainly will continue to use him and would highly recommend him to all.

Dr. Reilly was great to work with. I really appreciated the time he took to walk me through what he saw and how he thought I could improve. His office is beautiful and his approach to his patients is professional and honest. I would highly recommend visiting Dr. Reilly.

I was referred to Dr. Reilly by someone in my kid's dentist office. I had to go for an emergent tooth extraction. Dr. Reilly along with his assistant and office manager Amanda are terrific! They are professional while being compassionate and caring about you, the patient. I had a tooth extraction that was relatively painless. I've never encountered such pain-free shots in my life! I have since gone for a examination/cleaning (where I hadn't been for over 10 years) as well as a crown which Dr. Reilly is able to make right in the office the day of your appointment! No more going back and forth 2 or 3 times to get the job done. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Reilly at Three Rivers Dental to anyone who has an aversion to seeing a dentist since the atmosphere in the office itself helps to alleviate any angst about the appointment. Thank you Dr. Reilly and Amanda for making my appointments pleasant and pretty pain free!
