Terrible customer service. Talked about me at the front desk while in dental chair and then had complete wrong information about my allergies and career. I am not sure they had correct patient. Terrible bedside manner by Dr. who denied doing previous work. Left without an exam. Horrible place. Do not recommend.

You know, most people are as useless as the "H" in the word "Honest." Most are only concerned about themselves and deep down really don't care about whatever it is you got going on. Hmm, that actually sounds a lot like me. And on top of that we are constantly searching for good people to take care of us. I have been searching for my ex-wife's killer for over 2 years, but no one will do it. Dr. Petrov, Monique and Marla were absolutely top notch when I went in for an appointment yesterday. They were all friendly, courteous and fun. Dr. Petrov was a great listener, experienced and I could tell she wanted to do her best for me. So after the usual X-Rays and stuff Dr. Petrov came in and looked around and was able to ease my mind about what I had going on. She offered solid advice, a plan to help me and referrals to the right people to handle the "situation" I got going on. I even offered to but the dental "squad" a couple of pizza's but I got shot down. Like this one time I went into a grocery store for a few things. I grabbed one of those hand baskets and bought bananas, some soup and a loaf of bread. I get up to the cashier and she says "I can tell your single" as she's ringing up my items. I said "Well yeah, but how did you know that?" She responded, "Because you're ugly." Anyway, go see Dr. Petrov, she's a ROCKSTAR! Dr. Petrov and her assistant are awesome ! They did an excellent job and were very personable and understanding - I can't say enough good things about them. What I thought would be a painful procedure turned out to be totally painless and I was informed every step of the way about what was happening. Dr. Petrov is very professional and my experience was excellent !

Staff is friendly, they make an uncomfortable situation very welcoming. If ever in need of Endodontics I highly recommend them.
