Dr. Liraz Spear is a Board Certified Pediatric dentist. Dr. Spear completed Columbia University's School of Dental and Oral Surgery in 1998 and then furthered her pediatric dental training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Spear regularly attends continuing education courses, and is on the faculty at Lenox Hill Hospital and was on staff at Columbia Universitys College of Dental Medicine. She also has a certificate in sedation.

Dr. Spear is dedicated to making your dental experience comfortable, and to educating you and your family on good diet and oral health practices. Dr. Spear is a resident of Riverdale and has a husband and two children.

Dr. Yael Feldman is a board certified pediatric dentist. Dr. Feldman graduated from UMDNJ Dental School (Rutgers) in 2003. She then went on to complete a general practice residency through Montefiore Medical Center at Jacobi Hospital. Dr Feldman completed her specialty training in pediatric dentistry at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx.

In March 2008, Dr Feldman became a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She won the Richard R. Pugh Achievement Award for scoring in the top 3% on her board exam. Dr. Feldman is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, The New York Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the New Jersey Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She has been in private practice since 2006, and works as an attending at SBH Health System training future pediatric dentists.

Dr. Feldman is committed to providing the highest level of care for her patients. She excels at putting both the parent and child at ease. In her spare time she enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and four daughters.

Irit M. Sandler, DMD graduated from University of Medicine and Dentistry in 2003. She subsequently completed two years of residency at North Shore University Hospital where she was Chief Resident, supervising and coordinating six residents. Irit worked in private practice for several years until she took a break from clinical dentistry to raise her children. She later became Associate Director of Clinical Support at OralCDx Laboratories where she was involved in oral cancer research and prevention, and gave lecture presentations at the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. As Office Manager, Irit uses her leadership, organizational and management skills to efficiently serve our patients. She is passionate about dentistry, specifically the benefits of good oral hygiene and prevention. In her free time she enjoys long distance running, yoga and reading novels. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and three daughters.

Elizabeth Sullivan is an experienced dental assistant who has worked in dental offices since 2012. She joined our team to focus on a passion of hers; children and pediatric dentistry. Elizabeth is a very patient, loving person who enjoys working with and helping children. She excels at giving presentations on the importance of oral hygiene. In her free time, Elizabeth can be found cleaning and organizing her home, and shopping for her children. She also enjoys spending quality time with her young son and daughter.

Rosamaria Kelly, known around the office as Rosa, is a certified Dental Assistant. She has been working in the dental field for over 13 years. Rosamaria loves working with children of all ages. She enjoys watching them grow up and mature into young adults. Rosamaria is a very patient, kind and caring individual. She is extremely passionate about her work and is devoted to her patients, their families and her colleagues. When she is not at work, spending time with family is a priority for Rosamaria. She has taught dancing, she loves to travel, shop and go for long walks. Rosamaria also speaks three languages: English, Italian, and Spanish. When you see her, ask her to say hello in all three of them!

Sarai Sierra is a member of our administrative team. She hails from South Texas and is currently pursuing a degree in Biology at the College of Mount Saint Vincent and is planning a career in the medical field. Sarai is caring, understanding and has an optimistic nature. She loves working with children and has volunteered at a youth center for many years. She enjoys teaching children to be creative, to play outdoor sports and to be active while they are not in school. She loves working with children and is excited about adding to the enjoyable atmosphere in our dental office. Sarai speaks Spanish and English. She is very organized and efficient. She likes to spend time outdoors, paint, and go to the gym.

Nuvia Crespo is an experienced dental hygienist who has been working in the dental field for 16 years, including 7 years as a dental hygienist. She is fun loving, a true team player and all around helpful person. She enjoys working with kids and she loves how they keep her on her toes. Nuvia also has three wonderful children of her own.

Maria Lora graduated from Hostos Community College, CUNY, with an AAS in Dental Hygiene and a BS in Health Care Administration at Columbia Southern University. She has been practicing dental hygiene for nine years and engages in regular continuing education. Maria knows that dentistry is a constantly evolving field, and that families trust her to provide them with cutting-edge care. She strives to exceed every patient's expectations. Maria loves to create happy memories and beautiful smiles. She knows it is essential to educate children about their dental health. Learning how to properly brush and floss is critical for children and healthy dental hygiene habits will keep their body healthier as well After work, Maria enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful daughters

Samantha Garcia is a 2006 graduate of the New York City College of Technology, She has been a Dental Hygienist for over 15 years. Samantha takes pride in educating her patients and loved ones on the importance of good dental hygiene. Working with children is her passion and she is dedicated to making their dental experiences fun and positive. As a life long resident of the Bronx, she is happy to be working in our local neighborhood. Samantha is a mom of four wonderful kids. In her spare time she enjoys cooking and being outdoors.
