The front desk managed to get me treated same day to relieve the pain and the complete root canal treatment two days later with specialist. Although there was no time to get procedure approved by insurance, the treatment was carried out in time after clarifying the cost. The doctors are great, professional and gentle. The toothache has gone away completely and I have been so happy. I just received the bill from the insurance company and the refund details from the office. I'll receive more refund than expected. Not the right place to go. Before I went there, I called them to check if my insurance gonna cover my visit. The front desk said yes. Then they tried to charge my visit fee and x-ray. I told the lady that I called before they said the insurance was covered everything. She said, okay i can waived that visit fee for you, but u still had to pay the x-ray. I was like"what??!!??" So the truth is they can but they don't want do it??!This is ridiculous. They also wanna persuade me to do filling too. I know my insurance could cover that, but they still wanted to charge me for 100 each. They are also not professional. I tried to get my wisdom teeth removed. I did the x-ray before, the other dentist said i need a oral surgeon. Only specialty could do that. I told the lady that I did talk with other dentist before. I just wanna check the price. She told me that don't listen to other dentist, dental practitioner couldn't do that surgeon very well. I was like what??!! What r u talking about. Only specialty can do that surgeon. That is common sense. If u worked with a dentist, u don't even know the common sense. That's very unprofessional.

I haven't been to the dentist for a few years but had to look for treatment due to the severe cold sensitivity on a few teeth. Everything from the X-ray analysis to the deep cleaning was great with staff being very friendly and Dr. Wang being so gentle. Dr. Wang was very patient answering my questions in detail. And Waterlaser is amazing to cure the sensitivities.
