This is the best dentist I've ever had. She is very nice and she made me so comfortable throughout my procedures. I would recommend her to anyone. Also, great receptionist and other staff.

*The worst*, on multiple occasions. Lost my files, poor communication, not sanitary, and won't transfer my records to my new dentist.

Haven't even officially had my appointment here yet and its 1 star. I'v been trying to get an appointment here for about 2 months now. First time the appointment was a month after i called (for an emergency). Day before that appointment I get a call saying that their air conditioner is down and need to reschedule 2 weeks later. Day of this appointment I accidentally run 10-15 min late and told to reschedule again because they cant back up their time with other clients.Receptionist is borderline rude. You made me wait 2 months compared to 10-15 min... at least be nice. I'd say avoid this place but you probably wont need to because you'll never get to attend your appointment anyway.

Dr. Etkina did an amazing job checking and cleaning my teeth. Office was very clean, no wait times, and she was very informative.

Excellent dentist!!! The best dentist I've ever come across in my 30 years of life. Very caring, and walked me through the entire process and helped curb my anxiety. Sweet, kind, funny and caring doctor. And her assistant Marina was also very sweet and patient with me. Everybody was all smiles, obviously, because they do great dental work. Very grateful for a fantastic experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my root canal. If your dentist is not Dr. Etkina, that statement does not make sense to you.

I've been going here for 3 years now and recently I had a bad experience especially with the receptionist Erica due to her rudeness. She is completely not approachable and nasty with her responses which is Unacceptable.

I am so glad that I found this dental office after I was going crazy with all these filthy places and crazy doctors, I feel very safe and they very professional they cover your problem from all perspectives.Its very clean, no long waiting times all very helpfull on your concerns, Doctor Liliya Etkina she is great,I love this place!!!!!!!!

Dr. Etkina was honest and to the point on my visit yesterday. I felt comfortable with her and that's very important to me with a dentist as a have severe anxiety regarding dental work. Unfortunately, I discovered after my appointment that her office does not accept my insurance. Her office assistant was very kind about the mix up and, as it was their oversight, Dr. Etkina did not charge me for her services. Her assistant even sent me the x-rays so that I wouldn't have to have them done again with a different dentist! Truly excellent and honest patient services. I'm honestly considering purchasing new dental insurance just so that I can use Dr. Etkina and her staff. Thank you for your wonderful service!

Dr. Etkina, is a wonderful dentist. I enjoy visiting her clinic, and she is always very professional, friendly, and explains my options to me. Great clinic and staff.
