I have been blessed with a supportive and excellent team of orthodontists and staff for me to mentor and oversee. My educational background started at the University of California, Los Angeles, where I completed both a Bachelor of Sciencein biochemistry and a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Subsequently, I attended the University of Southern California, where I was accepted into the three-year, dual-degree orthodontic program. I received both a specialty certificate in orthodontics and Masterof Sciencein craniofacial biology from USC.

Orthodontics is continually changing and improving, and it is imperative for meand all of our doctors to be on top of all the technological advances to make treatment effective and efficient for our patients. In addition to study groups and consistent attendance at different educational seminars, I am a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, and California Dental Association.

I started my career in orthodontics a quarter century ago. The nearly dozen years Ive spent with Dr. Lili has been enriched through dedicated patient care.With on-the-job training in an orthodontic practice starting since the beginning of my career, and support of yearly training through seminars and conferencessuch as the AAO, I have managed to become enriched and knowledgeable in all aspects of the orthodontic treatment process.I love working with skilled individuals who love making peoples lives more meaningful by creating beautiful smiles. I am an office manager and treatment coordinator in our El Monte office. Overseeing the office operations and educating patients about orthodontics and their treatment options is what I do best.In 2010, I joined Dr. Lilis and have worked all front-office positions at some point in my years of experience.I love meeting and interacting with our patients and watching as smiles transform throughout their treatment.We have such great, positive energy in our office, which makes coming to work each day a fantastic experience.

My name is Vanessa Tellez. Ive been a part of Dr. Lilis team since 2007. I was hired as a receptionist and have since been promoted to various positions. Ive been lucky to have experience positions with in our team as a biller, financial adviser, customer service representative, and helping train our front office team. I now work to instruct our front office team to learn the concepts of customer service and being hands on with our software. The best part of my job is getting to know our patients as they grow with us. Its amazing to hear all their stories and adventures at every visit.

Im very spontaneous, caring, and love meeting new people! I enjoy doing outdoor activities with my partner of 11 years, friends, and family, such as hiking, bike rides, roller blading, and trying new food joints!

I joined Dr. Lili El Monte office in 2016. Over the past two and a half years it has been a pleasure to be able to assist our patients during the course of their orthodontic treatment. I have been able to witness the transformation of many beautiful smiles. One of the many things I like of working for Dr. Lili is our focus on patient satisfaction. I am proud to say that what set us apart from any other practice is providing our patients the best customer service possible and best treatment options. As the treatment coordinator of the Los Angeles office my focus will be on continuing to provide our patients the best treatment option and patient satisfaction. On my spare time I like to spend time with my fianc. We like to try different restaurants. Visit theme parks. I also like crafting on my spare time and looking for ideas to decorate our office for the different holidays.
