Teach your kids the importance of brushing and flossing regularly, and be sure to help them learn the proper techniques. Foods that are high in sugar like cookies and cakes, sticky food, candy, and sugary drinks specially sodas produce plaque acids that cause tooth decay. Nutritious foods like raw vegetables, fruits, water or milk, cheeses and yogurt also help your child develop strong, healthy teeth. Limit snacking in between meals in order to avoid the build-up of plaque acids that promote decay.

She might be a good dentist but good luck getting to see her since receptionist is rude and apparently doesn't want patients. She refused to check with my insurance carrier, even though they said Suarez is a provider and told me to have her office call to verify. Receptionist rudely refused to do so. My insurance carrier will be discussing with Dr. Suarez, but too late for me. Not interested in rude staff, regardless of dentists skills.

I can't said enough for my wonderful experience in this dental office. Since the moment when I call to make my appointment I let them know that my insurance it was to expire the next week and they made the impossible to find me an appointment before the date. I'm super grateful with the sweetest Lady in the reception I thing her name is Lesly but I don't want to be wrong! The assistant Maylin was super sweet and delicate during all the visit and the Doctor Lidia just wonderful and an amazing dentist that also speak Spanish and that's a super plus.
