My name is Valerie Becker, and have been in the Dental field for 20 years now! I started out at the front desk and then migrated to the treatment side and became an EFDA. After a four wheeler accident about 4 years ago, I was no longer able to be an assistant full time, so I have gone full circle and am now up front again as the Practice Administrator.
I am married to my best friend Travis, and we have 4 amazing children between the two of us. Our oldest is Taylor, he is 24 and N in the Navy. Dawson is 22, and he is a traveling welder. Megan is 17, and is a senior In high school, and last is Conner, he is 16 and is a junior in high school. Our family is our #1.
In our spare lime we like to go floating, fishing, hiking, and hang out with our friends doing karaoke, bon fires and horseback riding. One of my favorite things to do Is get in the Semi truck with my husband and drive across country!

Dr. Thomas has provided very good care for both myself and my husband. I especially am pleased with Haylee who is my hygienist. I would recommend Dr. Thomas!

We had the best experience at Thomas Family Dental! My 10 week old daughter had her lip ties released by Dr Thomas, she was extremely patient with her during the procedure. Her assistant Mel was also so caring and helpful in comforting my daughter. Dr Thomas thoroughly explained the procedure with me and made sure I understood how to preform the after procedure stretches. Since having the lip tie procedure done, my daughter has slept through the night, has a much better latch on her bottle, falls asleep less often during feeds, reflux symptoms have completely resolved and she has had decreased hiccup episodes! Thank you Dr Thomas for helping my little princess!

I was referred to Dr. Thomas from a few different therapists that my daughter (2 years of age) was seeing for tongue and lip tie. We made the decision to have both of her ties revised by Dr. Thomas. Although the laser surgery process itself was quick, it was extremely difficult emotionally for my two year old and me. Dr. Thomas tried her best to make the procedure, recovery, and experience as positive as possible even though it was difficult. She offered communication throughout the healing process with direct access to her with questions or concerns, which was very important to me as a mother. Her assistant was very friendly and they were both very loving towards my child. Dr. Thomas was also reassuring about the future and what it holds for my child's care and that she would be there as my child progressed. I would recommend her & will be using her for my next newborn if there are any ties present.

My 5 yr old son just had a tongue revision done. Dr. Thomas and Mel were so patient and kind in helping keep him calm and safe during the entire process. I'd highly recommend her to any family or friends with children.

Haley did an excellent job explaining what was going to happen during the procedure and calmed my anxiety. She is cheerful, extremely knowledgeable and competent! Very pleased!

Dr Thomas office has a small setting. Her office manager is very rude. I did have some issues with the dental work(rushed), but the insurance/payment was worst. Now let me say this, our insurance and funds matched up. At the end of the day I was sent a $250 refund check by her office . Very unprofessional, rude and for "US" just an invoice nothing more.

Took my 4 yr old because of good reviews. Our first visit was rushed feeling and Dr. Thomas was very rude to me. It was determined my son had cavities that needed filling I'd been informed that we would use laughing gas due to his age and the tendency for children to freak out. They did not in fact use laughing gas and my son did in fact freak out. She did not listen to me when I asked them to give him a break. They didn't even finish his teeth and still charged me almost as much for one tooth as they quoted for 2. I would not recommend taking your kids here if I were you.

This dentist office has bad customer service from office manager and the dentist Letrisha Thomas. My family was treated with no respect at all. I have filed a complaint with the Missouri dental board.

I have been a patient with this practice for over 30 years and I stayed because I loved Dr. Elliott. Since Dr. Thomas took over, patient service has been atrocious. Appointments are regularly canceled and new ones can be 6 months down the road. I had to have a root canal which I partially blamed on not be able to get scheduled services.

I had a regular cleaning this morning and was so impressed with Haylee Thomas as my technician, I asked to have her again next checkup. She was gentle, skilled, and thorough. She also gave me current and important information about my home dental routine. Thank you, Haylee and Dr. Thomas!

Dr. Thomas and her entire staff are absolutely amazing. Professional staff, they genuinely care about you and their willingness to work around your schedule is much appreciated. Dr. Thomas is wonderful, she is the only Dentist who has went the extra mile to know and understand my fears. After many filling and several crowns and even a root canal, I have to say I'm very pleased with my care at Dr. Thomas's dental office. Highly recommended

I went in for a deep scaling and Haylee did an outstanding job, with a very a delicate touch. Dr. Thomas while doing my exam found a problem and was able to make time to fix it on the spot. Great group of ladies.
