Originally from Daphne, Dr. Leslie has been treating smiles for 15 years. Dr. Leslie was the 1993 Valedictorian of Bayside Academy in Daphne, AL. She graduated Cum Laude from Birmingham Southern College in 1997 before going on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in 2001. Today, she has her general practice residency certificate, as well as certification to administer conscious sedation. She was inducted into Bayside Academy's Hall of Fame in 2015. Her favorite thing about her job is being able to gain the lifelong trust of all her patients, whether theyre young or old.
Dr. Leslie has been married since 2002, and she and her husband have three children who are all under the age of seven. In her spare time Dr. Leslie enjoys being involved at her children's school, helping each one of her unique infertility clients conquer infertility (www.stmichaelfertility.com), and spending time taste-testing her husband's culinary creations (Dr. Dan is quite a chef!).
Brittany entered the dental field in 2012, and joined our team in 2016. Since then, she has greatly enjoyed working with patients and parents to achieve their oral health care goals, but Brittany especially loves working with our youngest patients. Brittany completed the Faulkner State dental assisting program where she had an opportunity to gain a more complete understanding of the field of dentistry, which she brings to her work as an office coordinator. A native of Mobile, AL, Brittany is happily married with three children and one dog. Brittany enjoys take trips to the beach with her family and running and hiking with her husband.
Laura first joined Dr. Leslies team two years ago, but she has 16 years of experience in the world of dentistry overall. She studied at Auburn University before attending the Alabama Dental Hygiene Program at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. She also has her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and is certified in First Aid, CPR, and ZOOM. Her favorite part of this position is getting to work with children! Outside of work, Lauras hometown is Mobile, and she and her husband Jacob have one daughter named Emily. Her hobbies include running, going to the beach, traveling, shopping, and spending time with family and friends. An interesting fact about her: She lived overseas in Thailand and Singapore for quite some time, and her daughter was actually born in the latter!
