Great experience so far. Just called today at 6:45 with a sort of emergency for my son, they called me back within 30 minutes and have us scheduled for 10am today. Can't beat that service.

Dr. Galletto and his associates are great ! They really care about their patients ! I went here as a child to get my braces with Dr. Galletto and now have my son going there for his braces ! All the doctors in this practice have been so good to him.

I just want to give a shout out to Dr. Leo Galletto and Associates. Their and Orthodontist group with offices in Phoenixville, Pottstown, and Boyertown. My daughter had a took that cracked all the way down the middle and was causing pain. She is under their fantastic care for orthodontic treatment and her regular dentist is all the way in Newtown Sq. They mad an immediate appt for me in their Pottstown office. They followed CDC procedures to make us feel comfortable coming into the office but that is not why I want to give them a RAVE review. Keep reading. My daughter was in the chair and Dr. Galletto asked her to show him which tooth was troubling her. She pointed to it. He told her he was just going to take a piece of gauze and squeeze the tooth to see if it was really ready to even be pulled. He told her to hold my hand and if anything bothered her to raise our hands and he would stop. He then told her he wanted to squeeze it a little more. I felt her grip tighten ever so slightly but then he stopped and said no I probably should go any further that it was ready to come out. He told her to cover her mouth with her hand. Then to cover her hand with the other one. He then waved his hand over hers and tapped it and said, do you think that took it out? She shook her head no. He said well look over at my assistant. There she was holding the entire cracked tooth!!! It was the coolest slight of hand magic trick and my daughter didn't cry a wink! (until she got in the car but that was because she saw the blood on her gauze). I cannot recommend them enough. 1st Class professionals and always make my daughter feel at ease with her ortho anxiety!!!

We had Dr Megan McCarthy and she was extremely knowledgeable and pointed a clear plan for what my son Needed . Very thought out Dr .. addressed all my son's concerns . Even helped with an incident when my son broke his spacer due to grinding at night . Thanks for your professional care !

My daughter just finished her treatment with Dr Galetto and we couldn't be happier. He is kind, gentle, and always gave us options in her treatment plan. As important to a busy mom, his staff were efficient and accommodating and we were never kept waiting more than a few minutes for an appointment. Great experience overall and getting ready to start all over again with my son.

We've had several appointments with Dr. Galletto preparing for my son to get braces. The entire staff was helpful and kind answered all of our questions. I love that Dr. Galletto didn't push to put braces on before my son was ready for them. My son is excited to get his braces on and I'd recommend Dr. Galletto to anyone who is looking for an orthodontist!

I have been happy with every interaction with Dr. Galletto's and his staff. My daughter had an overbite that was causing pain because her bottom teeth were hitting the roof of her mouth. The office was able to adjust her teeth and bite with braces and a retainer. They adjusted the braces to fix her problem but also left the little space between her front teeth (which she loves and feels make her a bit unique). My daughter is no longer in pain. Her smile looks gorgeous and I paid less than I was dreading. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Galletto has a great way with kids (and parents). They answered every question I had and helped me deal with my insurance. What more could you ask for?

We went for a free consult for my daughter and was told everything that was wrong, which was helpful. However, when I asked about solutions to the problem I was told that treatment plans ideas and financial responsibility could not be discussed until I made another appointment. The soonest appointment was over a month out. My daughter was in pain and I was not willing to wait another month. The receptionists were unfriendly and not helpful at all. I called another orthodontist that same day, and my daughter was in treatment and no longer in pain within a week. When I called to cancel at Pyke and Galletto they hung up on me after I said i wasn't interested in rescheduling.

My son has been in treatment for over a year now and we continue to be VERY pleased with the entire experience at Galletto and Associates. Dr. Galletto has a more conservative approach in deciding to put braces on and we appreciate that. One of the other orthodontists in our area seems to put braces on younger children regularly and then after those children are finished with the braces, they wind up with braces again in their pre-teen/teen years. We like that Dr. Galletto capitalizes on the child's growth spurt in deciding when to put the braces on so that we can get the biggest bang for the buck, since braces are not inexpensive and the children would prefer to have them on less time than more, in my experience. Dr. Galletto and Dr. Koncz are both easy to talk to and are great with my children, always make them feel at ease. I can't say enough good things about Galletto and Associates.
