Dr. Peterson's work has been a life changer for me, due to the long standing complicated situation I could not get a proper solution for elsewhere. Dr. Peterson's approach to his work is remarkable. Looking at the issue from various perspectives, analyzing pros and cons in great detail, explaining everything crystal clear to the patient is what impressed me the most. Dr. Peterson's unique charisma and warm smile makes the otherwise unpleasant experience a delight. I had a long journey (about 2 years in total) with my complicated case, but thanks to the outstanding work of Dr. Peterson and his staff, I got the use of the right side of the mouth back after many years of it being unusable. Over the years of inactivity, my jaw bone's experienced acute atrophy and narrowed so much that other surgeons simply refused to take on my case. But not Dr. Peterson. I wish I never again need another implant in my mouth, but by experience at Dr. Peterson's office makes me want to come back.

I had 4 wisdom teeth removed on Jan 2021. That is VERY VERY VERY good and successful surgery. The 2 of my bottom wisdom teeth was hard to removal due to not straight growth up. But Dr Peterson did excellent job on it. After my surgery, I didn't feel any pain and even no any swelling! That is incredible result. Thanks for Dr Peterson and his team's work. That is amazing! I would like to give 10 stars if google allow it. Thanks again.

Dr. Peterson is great and has amazing staff. It's a shame Eve is leaving she and Dr. Peterson worked very well together when it came to my wisdom tooth extraction. They both are very kind and gentle and makes you feel at ease. I have major anxiety and left the office laughing after I was done. Thank you for everything Dr. Peterson and Eve. (Go Packers Dr. Peterson) I will recommend my friends family and everyone to come see him.

This is an update to my review that was posted over 5 years ago now. I still have extreme nerve damage from the oral surgery performed by Dr. Peterson, that I will have to live with for the rest of my life. I have sought various treatments, from oral specialists to neurologists who have informed me there is nothing that can be done to reverse the damage that Dr. Peterson did to my central nervous system. After reading other reviews it seems that since then, I am not the only patient he has permanently damaged. Having my surgery done by Dr. Peterson was the worst decision I have ever made in my life, and there is not a day that goes by that I do not struggle with the constant pain from this botched surgery. Don't trust the paid reviews. If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr. Peterson permanently damaged my lingual and mandibular nerve causing severe pain 24/7. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed in August of 2015, 4 months ago, and I have still not regained feeling in 2/3rd of the right side of my tongue and gums. I was not told that there would be any complications. After the surgery I instantly felt a horrible burning/tingling sensation and random spurts of sharp pain in my mouth, what you would think would be Novocain, but after a few days this feeling did not subside. After the surgery we were told that everything went perfectly, there were no issues. I called the office and they ASSURED me that I would regain feeling in a few weeks, and the burning sensation would stop, and it didn't. A few weeks turned into a few months, which turned into "possibly never." I have gone back there over 5 times just so they can tell me that they cannot do anything. It's hard to describe this horrible burning/numb feeling that I have in my tongue ang gums, it feels swollen making it hard for me to talk at times and I have lost complete taste on 2/3rd of my tongue. When I eat sometimes I bite on my tongue because I can't feel it and I get horrible cuts on it that sends horrible sharp pains to my eardrum. I have told Dr. Peterson all of this and he has done nothing but have me taking Aleve, and drinking hot fluids which has done nothing and said that this happened because he has a "hard time" removing me teeth, yet he told me BEFORE and AFTER the surgery that everything was perfect. I felt completely hopeless after getting no help, and no apology from Dr. Peterson and his TWO employees, that I went back to the original dentist that referred me, and he was very alarmed at the lack of care that was taken by Dr. Peterson, and said he would never refer another patient to this Doctor. He sent me to another surgeon at the Silicon Valley Oral Surgical Center that was also very disappointing to see that Dr. Peterson had failed to provide adequate care during and after the surgery. He could not believe that Dr. Peterson had the audacity to claim that the bone spur cutting through my gums were caused because I ate tortilla chips. The Doctor at Silicon Valley also examined my mouth to pinpoint where the numbness was exactly, which Dr. Peterson never bothered to do. The Doctor at Silicon Valley also prescribed me a nerve relaxant to try and help the burning sensation. He said he cannot tell me when, or even if I will ever regain feeling in my tongue, but that as a healthy 22 year old this SHOULD NOT have happened and was 100% preventable. Coming to Dr. Peterson to have my wisdom teeth removed was the BIGGEST mistake I have ever made in my life, and I think about it every single day. Like the patient below me, I would not even send my worst enemy to this man, and neither will ANYONE else I know because of this. This man should not be able to practice surgery. I wish that I had gone somewhere else, and that is something that I will have to live with.

I was referred by Dr Doug Larson. Overall I had good experiences with them even though we didn't start off very well. The doctor and staff are very friendly. They are cooperative and ready to help all the time.

Dr. Peterson removed my daughter's 4 wisdom teeth on the same day on 8/21/18. My daughter is terrified of needles. I was very worried. Dr. Peterson was so great and gentle that my daughter totally trusted him. The whole procedure went very smoothly. My daughter's recovery was quick and painless. Dr. Peterson himself called to see how my daughter was doing that evening, so did his receptionist. They deserve 5 star and more.

Dr. Peterson and Staff made the removal of my wisdom teeth very easy and painless. I'm in my 30's and have needed to remove my wisdom teeth for a good while now. Consult was easy and honest, staff was friendly and professional. What insurance didn't cover was broken down by Monique into an easy payment plan that I could afford. I would recommend Dr. Peterson and staff for any wisdom teeth removal.

Dr. Peterson was so good with my wisdom teeth extraction, made the whole process smooth sailing for me. In just one day, I was back to eating regular food and in a week, well ahead on the road to recovery. He adds that personal touch by following up on you and goes beyond being a doctor. I could just sit back and relax and knew I was in trustworthy hands!! A heads up on he being one of the best oral surgeons I have seen so far and the staff is so incredibly good!! These guys are truly the best ones out there.
