Dr. Leo Eliezer founded Jones Bridge Dental Care in 1996, going from zero to in-excess of 9,000 patients by 2016. His passion for cosmetic and implant dentistry has allowed him to give people beautiful smiles and restore function in missing teeth.

I am proud to have served patients in our community for over 30 years. My staff and I are committed to providing dentistry, along with technology, in a caring, relaxing, safe environment, building lifelong relationships among our community and patients.

After 10 years of practicing in the USSR, Dr. Leo and his family moved to the United States. In August of 1992, he was accepted to Tufts University School of Dentistry in Boston, MA, for advanced dental study. He completed the four-year program in two and a half years, graduating in November of 1994.

The dental professional has logged over 4,000 registered continuing education hours which qualifies him for Fellowship and Mastership in the Academy of Dentistry, attended extensive training in both cosmetic and restorative dentistry and received guidance from some of the finest clinical mentors in the country.

Dr. Leo was elevated to the Diplomate status, the highest status of Dental Implantology within the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) on August 24, 2007 during the ICOI World Congress XXV & 10th Annual IPS Symposium, held in San Francisco, California.

Dr. Leo is one of just a few dentists in Georgia to receive this honor. Nominees for Diplomate come from two sources: ICOI Vice Presidents may nominate such individuals for approval by the Board of Directors and the Diplomate Committee. Such candidates are chosen from amongst those who have most significantly contributed to the art and science of oral implantology.

The ICOI also conducts a Diplomate program in which active members are encouraged to achieve Diplomate status through their efforts in education, research and actual clinical experience. All Diplomates of the ICOI may designate D.I.C.O.I. after their names.

Dr. Leo was awarded Diplomate status a second time by the Board of Directors of the International Dental Implant Association in September of 2011 in Miami, FL. Very few dentists obtain Diplomate status in Dental Implantology twice in their lifetimes, especially by two different globally-recognized organizations.

Dr. Leo currently lives with his family in Alpharetta, and he is a proud member of his community. He donates his services through an Annual Free Dentistry Day to give back to the local residents who have helped him prosper. Dr. Leo is committed to sharing the most recent information in dental advances and treatment with you and your family by providing the best quality, customer service, and team in the area.

To ensure that he provides patients with the best quality and most advanced care, he continually upgrades his knowledge and skills. He has completed literally hundreds of hours of continuing education courses on topics including: cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry, state-of-the-art aesthetics, bonding, crown lengthening, treatment planning for restorative and implant dentistry, and many more.

Dr. Panida Nasseh completed her undergraduate studies at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1998, where she received her B.S. in biology, graduating with honors. She then continued her graduate work at Georgia Tech as well, receiving a M.S. in applied biology in 1999. She also holds a certificate in industrial and social psychology from Georgia Tech.

Following her studies, Dr. Nasseh did research in the field of geriatric medicine at Emory University School of Medicine and the Atlanta VA Hospital. Dr. Nasseh received her D.D.S. from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in New York in 2006. While at Columbia, Dr. Nasseh was a member of the William Jarvie Research Society, student government, the New York State Dental Association, and the American Student Dental Association.

After graduating from dental school, Dr. Panida Nasseh further increased her proficiency in dentistry by completing a General Practice Residency in 2007 at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York. Since then, Dr. Nasseh has enjoyed practicing in the greater Atlanta area and is a valued team member at Jones Bridge Dental Care.

Dr. Rahman completed her undergraduate degree at Emory University where she obtained a B.S. in biology in 1993.She then received her dental degree (DMD) from the Medical College of Georgia in 1997.Afterwards, she pursued a specialty dental degree in periodontics at Harvard University, graduating in 2000.While in residency at Harvard, she further increased her proficiency while working at the Childrens Hospital in Boston and the Forsyth Dental Center.

Dr. Rahman has taught and been in clinical practice since 2001.She taught periodontal residents, dental students, and hygienists for many years while at University of Southern California, Loma Linda University, and Fresno City College. She was also in private practice while teaching and she enjoys treating patients in both surgical and non-surgical methods.

Though she ventured outside of the state for some of her studies, Dr. Rahman was born and raised in Georgia. She now lives in Johns Creek with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys singing, swimming, and gardening.

TOTAL SCAMMERS! Just out for money. When I had my lower molars extracted, they charged me $695 for "oral sedation" (which was only a tablet similar to a valium) that was not needed. They said the "oral sedation" was required. They didn't give me a choice to not take it. It is only for people with dental phobias. He also charged me for 4 bone grafts, which were never done, but still charged me. Payment is due upfront, so you can't stop or dispute a payment. I ended up having to go to an oral surgeon to correct my jaw bone problem by the bone grafts. Also, during the extractions they forced open my jaw so wide, they damaged my jaw joint. He told me I had to buy a $900 "flipper" denture to be able to eat while waiting for my jaw to heal for the implants. The flipper was a piece of junk that didn't come close to fitting, and I also came to find out that you cannot eat using a flipper denture anyway. When I try to talk to Leonid about all these issues, he will not respond, only the office managers respond, but don't understand the dental procedures...SO WHAT IS THE POINT OF TALKING TO THEM!?? Also, My husband needed a re-cementing a crown that came loose which should have been billed at the contracted rate of $59 and his portion is $12 with insurance, but they charged over $200 upfront and submitted only basic cleaning on that day and intentionally hid the recementing charge when billing the insurance company so the insurance company did not know about that procedure. And this happened more than once where they didn't file with the insurance company, It does not show up on the EOB, so be sure to check your EOB/Claims and what you paid for against your receipts from their office. Other people mention the same thing in their reviews where they are overcharged and don't charge the insurance contracted rate and not submitting all claims, just selected procedures. It seems intentional. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place at all costs.

Leo is my favorite tooth mechanic. Been going here for around 20 years, had about everything they offer (fillings, crowns/all, root canals, implant) and besides the fact my teeth we're not built for reliability Leo has taken care of all my problems. His skills are unmatched in GA. I know have my wife and kids going. And JBD is not even in my insurance network! That says it all. Highly recommend!!

I have been going to this place for years now. The most amazing service with the most amazing doctors and nurses. Very gentle and everyone in the staff makes you feel incredibly comfortable and stress free. They also offer complementary treatments like a 15 min massage performed by a professional massage therapist, their treatment chairs for the patients are tempur pedic and very comfortable. I recommend everyone to this dental care I promise you won't find better!

Totally blown away and amazed at the patient pampering at this dental office! I've never felt so welcome and pampered at any office. I was welcomed into the office, asked to choose what complimentary pampering I would like, given a tour of the office and given a very thorough exam and cleaning. My teeth are squeeky clean and I felt like I won the lottery or something. I've never been so pleased and happy to go to the dentist before!! Thank you for going above and beyond my wildest expectation!

This is a beautiful facility. The care you receive is above exceptional! I like the accessibility of their scheduling. I was able to reserve an appointment through zoc doc which is very convenient for me. As I was describing the office and the accommodations my co workers were impressed and intersted in knowing more about the practice. Going to the dentist is not an easy task for me personally but everyone I met was so compassionate from the front office to the back they went above and beyond and made me feel welcome and comfortable. If you are considering this practice for your dental needs you won't be disappointed.
