The Dentist was very nice and they seemed to do good work, however, make sure you call your insurance to see if they are in your insurance network. Don't rely on the office here letting you know. I called and asked if they took my insurance and the lady at the front simply said yes. Taking her word my husband and I had initial consultations and cleanings. Well it turns out that they don't actually. They take my insurance but aren't in the network so we got a total of $25 paid for by our insurance and are now billed out of pocket $600 for our two visits. I called to talk to the manager about it and she kept talking over me and was quite rude, insisting that it wasn't their issue. The woman at the front knew that they weren't in the network without having to go and look it up but instead of telling me the full information she just said "yes" implying that they were in the network. If she truly felt that it wasn't their responsibility to put out that information then she should have not answered at all and told me to check through my insurance company. I have been told that by many dentist and doctor offices who don't want to get into it. That is a reasonable response. I started going directly to the dental office because there are too many dentists who have massive wait lists post covid that are up to 3 months long so I wanted to go directly to the dental office to answer my questions. But instead of saying to go ask my insurance company she gave me a half truth. A very expensive half truth. Well at least for me it was expensive. So not only do I have a huge bill but the manager didn't even say that she was sorry. The woman at the front said that she normally does explain this all to people but for me somehow she didn't. Too bad for me I guess.

The staff is incredibly nice yet very professional. No reason to go off island. I had a crown done there and it turned out great.
