She has 28 years of experience welcoming and caring for patients scheduling and insurance needs, with additional experience in orthodontics. Tracie enjoys walking her dogs, visiting her hometown (Manistee), and spending time with family.
Melinda brings 13 years of dental experience, along with a degree in teaching, to our team and our patients.Her enthusiasm and joy in providing quality dental care is contagious.Outside of the office she enjoys sporting events, reading, shopping, and working on her house.
LuAnn has been part of the Zuidema & Hess team for 17 years. She specializes in making sure insurance claims are processed properly and insurance coverage is maximized. LuAnne has been married for 30 years and has two children. Outside of the office she enjoys reading, baking, walking, singing, and traveling.
Sarahbrings 11 years of experience to our front desk team. She shares her natural joy and compassion with our patients inscheduling, insurance, and financial matters. Sarah is married to Dr. Hess. She enjoys most anything outdoors camping, skiing, golfing in addition to spending time with her family.
Karen enjoys sharing her 30+ years of experience with personalized patient care and staff appreciation. She and Dr. Zuidema are married. They have five adult children and one granddaughter. Karen enjoys horses, reading, gardening, golf, and time withtheir children and grandchild.
Linda has more than 25 years of experience with the Zuidema & Hess team. She was a hygiene instructor at Ferris State University and the recipient of the Hygienist of the Year award. Linda brings special expertise and a caring heart to patients. She enjoys the outdoors, including skiing, running, and hiking.
Jodi has been serving alongside Dr. Zuidema and Dr. Hess for 25 years. She has also been married for 25 years and has two children. Outside the office she enjoys reading, camping, and spending time with her family.
Carrie has14 years of hygiene experience and is passionate about helping people feel good about themselves and their healthy smiles. Carrie has been married for 12 years and has three children. Outside of the office she enjoys boating, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
Chris has been serving alongside Dr. Zuidema and Dr. Hess with a compassionate heart and attention to detail for more than 25 years. Chris has been married for more than 40 years and has two children. Outside of the office she enjoys photography, gardening, and just about anything outdoors.
Cathy has more than 35 years of experience as an assistant and has been serving alongside Dr. Zuidema and Dr. Hess for 19 years. She is passionate about people and practicing excellent dentistry. Cathy has been married for 38 years. She has two children and two grandchildren. Outside of the office she enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends Up North.
Dr. Jeremy Hess grew up in Grand Rapids. He received his Bachelors Degree from Hope College and his D.D.S. from the University of Michigan. He is also an active member of the West Michigan District Dental Society, Christian Medical and Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, and American Dental Association. He is passionate about the patient relationships he gets to establish while working as a dentist and loves putting his patients at ease with his calm demeanor, genuine care, and sense of humor. He enjoys continually challenging himself to learn and grow and has achieved additional certifications and training in the areas of orthodontics, Invisalign, laser dentistry, and dental sleep medicine.
He resides in Hudsonville with his wife, Sarah, their daughter, Joy, and dog, Berkley. Outside of spending time with his family, he also enjoys reading, skiing, running, golf, disc golf, and cheering on Michigan and Detroit sports.
B2B Ministries is an international Christian nonprofit dedicated to loving and caring for orphans and vulnerable children. Dr. Zuidema and his wife have helped build and open dental clinics, while providing much needed dental care in Central and Southern Mexico.
A medical mission through Global Health Outreach, where Dr. Hess and his wife joined a team of 26 doctors, dentists, and other medical professionals to treat women and their families coming out of prostitution and sex trafficking. More than 500 services were provided during the week and many others responded to the gospel message for the first time.
A medical mission alongside Back2Back Ministries, a global nonprofit organization with a heart for orphan care around the world. Dr. Zuidema provided dental care for numerous children in this city outside of Cancun, Mexico.
